Brandon is without a doubt, the most pleasant salesman we have ever dealt with. He explained everything about going solar and the benefits and the rebates that we would get in such a clear way that we could understand everything. And always asked us if we had any questions. He never rushed us. Brandon helped us fill out all the paperwork and was so patient when we would have problems doing it on our phone. We feel like we have made a lifelong friend. He is such a likable man. We can’t wait to get our solar installed along with our back up battery which is a major priority for me. Thank you Brandon.

I had some further problems with my install/operation and tried to contact Brandon MULTIPLE times through various means and people with no response whatsoever. It's like he just disappeared off the face of the earth. Post sales? Not there. Not only that, I found out that the rebate he told me about for my battery was not correct. It was half the amount he said it would be for one battery. I wanted to question him about some things with my system, but he didn't answer my calls, texts, or emails. Neither did his manager. Brandon clearly didn't completely understand the system because I have found that I've had multiple questions about its operation, with no one to ask. People, generally, at the company, aren't responsive. I think they're just too busy closing up the Salt Lake office (just my luck) to pay much attention to "the details" from clients. I liked Brandon, but I would be wary - and if he becomes your salesman, be SURE to ask lots of questions and double-check what he tells you, especially about rebates. I'm still not sure I'll get the tax credit for my system....that was not explained very well. Paperwork, in general, has been my big issue with this sale. It's almost non-existent.

Brandon spent the whole afternoon with me, ensuring that I understood every aspect of the "going solar" process. This was important to me because it's the first very large investment I've made on my own since my widowhood. I desired to go forward but had many questions. He made sure (and showed me how) my system will handle more than my immediate needs as there may be more occupants of my home in future years. He found the perfect battery for me, too, along with a generous rebate on it and on the panels. He took really good care of me. We had fun in the process, even though his computer program was not always cooperating. I intend to make referrals. In the past I had estimates from other solar companies, but none as thorough and affordable as Brandon's. I know I'm going to love it, and the process is going to be quick and smooth, he assures me. There's a lot of shady solar companies out there, and I got 6 different quotes before going with Unlimited Energy. Their pricing was very competitive, and I was installed 8 days after signing the paperwork! Thank you so much for helping me keep the lights on when the power goes out, and I'm saving 30% on my power bill now that I've switched to solar. 10/10 stars

Also, I got recruited to work for this company and have not been paid the money I was promised/owed and Brandon keeps dodging even when knowing my situation as a single mother. No respect or class. Do better.
