My husband and I were approached by several solar companies knocking on our door, as we just moved into our first home. We received many quotes and ultimately decided on Greenstar Power. Scott was our sales rep and we are VERY pleased with our experience with him. We love the fact Greenstar is local, experienced, and we feel we were priced fair. Pricing does fluctuate based on credit score… so if you feel you’re being price unfairly, perhaps wait until you’re in a better credit score situation. We went solar with $0 down and our electric bill is now fixed! No more increases from TXU, and we are making our own electricity. 5/5 recommend. Ask for Scott.

After Titan Solar left many like myself in the middle of really stressful times by claiming very questionable bankruptcy that should be worth with legal criminal action, Greenstar Power came through with their very efficient and responsive team and got my system up and running. Their prices were very competitive and they ongrounded team very competent.

I am very happy with their service and highly recommend reaching out to them if you are a disgruntled customer of Titan Solar.

I got my solar system setup and in production with Fluent Solar at the beginning of this year. Just a couple months into my solar journey my system stopped producing and my installer Fluent stopped answering my phone calls. I can only assume they’ve gone out of business. I was then directed to another installer Fastrac Solar who charged me $250 to diagnose my problem but was unwilling to fix the problem because I wasn’t their original customer. Finally I found GreenStar Power who is not even in Houston. But Devon actually called me back and answered my phone calls and texts. It’s been a real nightmare trying to get my system back online not knowing who to turn to for help. Today Zack the tech showed up and replaced my broken panel and got my system back into production. I am relieved and GreenStar Power is a company with great instal sales people and knowledgeable techs that are interested in resolving problems. I would recommend GreenStar Power for all solar issues.

Greenstar Power was exceptional in my solar experience. The rep who I worked with knew the solar industry inside and out and easily guided me in the decision making process.
