This is an update just over two years later from the Install from SLE Green Energy. As you can tell from my previous review, they were very nice and attentive, but that seemed to have stopped after they got their $17,000 for my install. I have called time and time again since we had a power outage this year and our generator failed. I have had no response to voicemails left. I have had to go to other companies to look at this generator for warranty work and maintenance. I can tell you no one is ever thrilled to work on generators that they did not install. All There are all kinds of inspection charges and service charges that you would not get from someone who did the install. It is frustrating to have spent 17 grand on this unit and the first time that we really had a long power outage and needed it, it failed. That wouldn’t be so bad except I get no response from the people who installed in the first place. Don’t depend on SLE Green Energy to follow up with your maintenance and warranty needs. I doubt that even this review will evoke a response from them. We’ll see.
This Is a great family owned business that provides great service to its customers. Chris ,their master electrician was extremely attentive to details neatness and doing the job right. He went above and beyond effort to get us connected the night before the big ice storm hit. He stayed in the dark and in the freezing sleet to make sure our unit was running that night. David was extremely good with scheduling and communicating through the whole process. Their whole crew were super nice professional and respectful.
