Called on Tuesday after Standard had been out and told us they can’t work on mobile homes. The individual who came out suggested Weekend Warrior specifically. After making sure they work on mobile homes I was told they couldn’t come out Wednesday morning because they were doing a full install. Totally fine I get that, they said they’d be here Thursday before lunch. At 215 no one had shown up, I called the office number I called before no answer so I left a message. Still no call back and no one has shown up so we had to call someone else.

In answer to the comments from the owner, since for some reason I cannot reply to it. We spoke on Tuesday and we were scheduled for Thursday before lunch, I let you know someone would be home all day. Im not really buying the fact that you tried to call several times and couldn’t get through mostly because you left me a voicemail not long after I made this post. I appreciate the reply and you reaching out however I still think a one star review is warranted since there was a broken appointment and the communication leaves a lot to be desired. It may not be he hottest it will be this year but it was still quite uncomfortable in our house and no way would I want to wait another day, luckily we found someone that came out same day and the AC is back up and running.

Was looking for someone local to come out to service an air condition unit. Called Weekend Warrior and spoke with a very pleasant woman that even tried to troubleshoot with us over the phone so we wouldn't need a service call. We ended up eating someone to come out, and they sent their technician Mel he was very knowledgeable and professional. He had us up and going in no time. I would highly recommend Weekend Warrior Heating & Air and will use them again in the future.

I called needing an estimate for permanent heating and air in part of my house. He came the same day and discussed with me my options. However, I never received an estimate. He was nice and seemed trustworthy.

Update... His estimate was well below the larger competitor. I will give another update if I wind up using this business.

This was the absolute best, most efficient, fair priced and prompt heating and air repair company we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Our air went out and we called at 1pm and by 3:30 pm it was up and running smoothly where as the company who put the unit in who was supposed to service it weren’t going to be out for at least 4 days. The service man Mel was very knowledgeable and polite and offered very good advice about our particular unit and even touched up a few things the last company had over looked! Overall this was the best company we’ve ever dealt with and will be loyal customers from now on!
