Can I not put 0 stars. That's what this company deserves. I handed them cash one day to the exact penny and the lady drop some of the change and then wanted to charge me a late fee next month because she couldn't find it all. If this is not unprofessional I do not know what it is.

Been several times didn’t get a bill no body answering the phones so I can pay my water bill .don’t understand why there water is so high when I moved to Quinton my water doubled in cost several times I payed over 106.00 to 1116.00 water bill not happy about that and there part time hours what business 4 hours a day it’s tough on a working family to pay their bill on time if you get a bill
