Had on going work with Green building renewals. Had some teething problems at first, but with the service we have received since has been nothing but professional and 10/10. Anytime I've had any problems someone has been sent out ASAP. The team of gentleman that provided our heating in the end made it feel like there wasn't anything I couldn't ask for and made me feel very comfortable with a toddler around too. They even got him a surprise birthday present for his 2nd birthday when they had finished the job. Was honestly so sweet, wasn't expecting it and so thoughtful! A special mention to Jack and Jake especially, such wonderful gentleman and an asset to the company. Anytime Jack has had to visit since, my son looks forward to him knocking on the door, shouting his name. I couldn't leave a higher recommendation for the Colchester engineers.

Had solar panels fitted. Everyone was professional and efficient from start to finish. From my initial request for a quote, through to the installation of the panels and finally Alex fitting the battery. Price I thought was very competitive. Alex explained how to understand the app when everything was up and running and I’m confident will be available if there are any future queries or issues. I would def recommend this company.

I wish I had found GBR when I started looking for a solar installer 12 months ago and not wasted so much time with other installers who seemed to always find new ways to let me down.

My experience with GBR was 5* from start to finish, they listened to my requirements and provided me with a range of options with competitive quotes and I decided to go ahead and pay the deposit.

Even after I paid the deposit, they were happy to discuss changes to the system (different panels, inverter options etc) just to ensure I was happy with the system I was getting.

Installation was only a few weeks later and the team arrived and got me all set up and running over the next couple of days with 16 panels and a couple of Tesla Powerwalls. The system is working better than expected for October, can't wait for summer when the electricity company will be paying me!

I would avoid this company, I Paid my deposit in full in november the day after recieving my quote as I was told if I pay quick I would probably get it done just after Christmas which was perfect as I have no heating and an 18 month old child. As of today still haven't had anything installed, i have been given various excuses and told people will contact me but they never do, I have been given multiple start dates which have been cancelled and no one has even told me! The only way I have found out is by contacting them! By the time it gets done it will probably be the summer, I cant't help but feel like because I am using the grant they don't care and I am just continually getting pushed down the queue, I expected better from a company that was listed on the gov website, look elsewhere if you want to be communicated with and have the job done promptly, and definitely if you don't have any heating to tide you over

Having had a complete air source heating system installed by Eco East Anglia which I am delighted with, Eco East Anglia were the obvious choice to install solar panels. The approach and ethos the company have is outstanding, this is evident from email communication, the engineers who worked in my home, quality of work, all the way through to the completion of the installation and follow up communication. Couldn't be happier

My primary contact was James Harrold. James guided us thoughtfully through the whole solar PV experience. We already had a reasonably clear picture of what we wanted and James was able to fine-tune that, experiment around that to tune the costs, and come up with a very reasonable price for the final design. Although this may say as much about the company who provide us with our second quote as it does about GBR, our second quote was considerably more than twice the quote from GBR. The whole installation team worked hard, were friendly and easy to have around, and worked out of their comfort zone and adapted to unforeseen situations with good grace and professionalism. We’ve ended up with a nine-panel system at a great price that looks super-tidy and is performing really well. Bravo James and his whole team.

This is for a 3.20 KW solar and 21.5 KWH battery system, linking in with an existing 2.00 KW solar system. From the first discussion, through quotes, planning, installation, commissioning and handover, Alex, Neil and their team provided a first rate and professional service. At all times they were willing to explain and assist. I particularly want to thank Neil for his efforts (literally with the batteries), help and the way he cleaned up through and at the end of the job. My strongest recommendation.

My mum and I wanted to write to you to express our thanks and appreciation of the fantastic service you have provided us.
From the moment we met you Robert, we had confidence in you and your company to install the Solar Thermal installation at my mothers property.
Along the journey between quoting by yourself, surveying by your son and installation with James and Paul, there has been no stress or worry whatsoever.
You both operate a first class team. James and Paul have both been superb from start to finish and are wonderful ambassadors of Eco East Anglia. They both have worked continuously whilst they were here, were a pleasure to have and looked after my mum explaining what they were doing at each step.
James and Paul even constructed and replaced the shelving above the new water cylinder providing an airing cupboard for mum to use which as you know was very important to her.
They both went the extra mile to provide this service , were spotlessly clean and tidy workers and were genuinely great.
Even your scaffolder deserves a mention. The scaffolding was erected with thought , minimal amount required to do the job , without being intrusive. Another good worker and someone to keep hold of!
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you and your company in the future.
