I have good experience with Diablo Solar. As a home owner, they take care of my pool and solar panels. On pool heating, Ulises (Uli) is awesome to work with. He is friendly, helpful and answers all the questions of a new pool owner in patient and courteous manner. I highly recommend Diablo Solar for pool heating.

Diablo Solar does a good job on repairs. In particular, their technician, Anthony, is great: thorough, efficient and friendly. Gave good answers to questions and made sure I understood how the new inverter worked, how long it would take for the system to settle down, etc.

We have always had a great experience with Diablo Solar. Dylan came out to turn our pool solar on for the summer and was very friendly and patient as he showed us how to adjust the temperature setting several times. He adjusted our timer as well and provided wonderful customer service!

Good luck getting them to answer your call or return your calls. I have been using this company for about 3 years for pool solar winter shut down and spring start up. They use an automated text messaging system for scheduling so that seems to work well. For the most part, they served their purpose. However, during my start up last year, they failed to cap an end pipe and it resulted in the flooding of my flat roof that spilled over to my patio and patio furniture. Not that big of a deal but nonetheless an error. During a wind storm 2 years ago, my pool solar blew off my roof and I tried to contact this company to get a quote for a new system. After 2 weeks and 4 calls/voicemails, I gave up and contracted another company. I never did get a call back for that inquiry. Just a few weeks ago I was scheduled for my spring start up and they left unable to compete the start up due to needing a pipe cap. I have not gotten an update or eta on when they would be returning. I’ve left 3 voicemails without a call back. My only recourse seems to be to drive over to their warehouse/office just to get an update on my system start up. Definitely time for a new service company.

I've had a system from Diablo for over 8 years now.They did a great job with the initial install, and did a great job again when I had to replace all the panels after the Glass fire. Technicians have always been incredibly nice and on-time. Discovered during fall turn-down last year that some of my panels had leaks, and the company that had manufactured those panels that had been in business for over 40 years (FAFCO) suddenly declared bankruptcy, so using the warranty on the panels through FAFCO wasn't an option. Diablo offered half off panels from another manufacturer for those of us affected, and Roman did a great job getting everything replaced and back in working order. Highly recommend!
