I was hunting for a set of jet skis

Assistance in boat sales I received recently was terrible. Phone calls and emails were not returned even after speaking with an associate on the phone. I ended up going to the valley for much better customer service and ended up buying a nice outboard.

The team at Outdoor Sports went above and beyond to help me out with my Nitro boat. The trim unit went out completely on my Mercury outboard engine and I could not get the motor trimmed up to trailer it. The Service Manager, Ryan, drove over 100 miles roundtrip on his day off to help me get the motor to where I could trailer it in for service. This is exceptional customer service and something that is unheard of these days! Thank you, Ryan, for going above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate what you did for me!!

Several years ago they really screwed up the servicing of my outboard. I wrote the owner, he checked it out and graciously sent me a partial refund. Yesterday I considered returning , thinking that by now there would be a different mechanic. They highballed me, $900 and leave my boat for a month. This along with their prices are always too high, I will gladly drive to phoenix, for better prices and service.

This place I thought was great
I bought a 2004 Chapparal 240
I explained I was putting it on San Diego and the service department and the owner both told me I needed a heat exchanger
I paid over $3800 for it and it never worked correctly
The boat would overheat and so I after trying to find a mechanic in San Diego to fix it “under warranty” I was told it’s incorrectly installed so I towed the boat back to Prescott Valley. After weeks I was told it was fixed I then towed the boat to lake pleasant for “testing”
Again it overheated and I told them to remove it and the said they would refund the money!
THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AND EVERYTIME I ASK ABOUT IT I GET A STORY ABOUT HOW Mr COOL was testing the equipment
I have nothing for my $3,800 part which I’ve come to find out was NOT NEEDED in the first place and that a simple valve can be installed for under $150.00

Found a boat I wanted online and met Shaun a young salesman for outdoor sports. We were in contact and worked out a deal thru the phone and email. We drove out to see the boat and was not disappointed. It was everything we were looking for. Shaun and the outdoor team walked my wife and I thru the paperwork. Really good people to work with and seemed to enjoy working with us on the deal. Highly recommend Outdoor Sports if you are local or a couple states away.
