Sol was a very informative and had a good customer focus and was very informative. He humored my questions and honored them with knowledge and detailed explanation of what was going on with my system. Will recommend.

Jan 16 update,

The technicians Joe,Bryce and Derek all showed up and worked on 3 major installs hvac, Ac and water heater, and in just a day they had all systems replaced. Their efficiency and customer service is above the rest I called and I called many competitors, they are the best service with the best warranties, I would strongly suggest them to not only friends and family but all those connected to me professionally

Dave Barnhart was our tech. Awesome job. We had two issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what it was, told us what he was going to do, and then showed us the completed job. We needed new garbage disposal and the p-trap replaced underneath a bathroom sink. Because we told the dispatcher our problem, he came prepared with all the necessary supplies to complete the job in one visit. Done in less than an hour! Very professional, cordial, pleasure to work with. Kept us informed every step of the way.

Not the fault of the Tech that came to the house, who was a very polite fellow. At Lowes, I was sold an 'A/C Tune-up' for $19. I know the price was quite low and companies will use an intro-price to get further business, which I have no problem with. I was told I'd get an acid/coil wash and I expected they would check the drain lines too, as all other 'tune-up/services' had done. The tech checked the pressure and electronics (I'm happy with that), but didn't do the acid wash, didn't check the drain lines and I still have a bunch of leaves in the bottom of my AC unit that I'll need to clean out. I don't have a problem with ACE, but I'm not pleased with what I was sold, thinking a 'Tune up' included what other companies had done and more than what the tech was expected to do. Someone really needs to communicate better.

Nick, did an excellent job installing a new inverter and doorbell for my home. My original plan was to install a digital doorbell that would power my Arlo camera. Although it sounded good, the actual application of the system I wanted didn't work together. Nick took time and properly diagnosed the issues, which meant changed plans. He got everything going and I now have a wonderful camera system that works. Thank you for your persistence and patience.

Marshall came out to do a heating/AC inspection on my home today and I was delighted at his professionalism and his care in doing the task. A thorough inspection done complete with pictures, he carefully explained all his findings and was ever so patient when I asked many questions. We agreed on a course of repairs, which he completed quickly. He then showed me “after” pics! In addition, he emailed me a complete summary of the inspection (including the pictures! So helpful), the repairs completed, and recommendations for next year’s. inspection.
Marshall is an easy going, considerate person, very skilled and confident in his work. My home now has a trusted heat/AC technician- Marshall!
