They are the absolute worst! Bad customer service, they don't care about anyone at all it's actually very sad when you talk to them in the phone they make you feel like they are above every one else I can't wait to get out of this town!

they wrongfully turned off my water services even though it was paid and then charged us $25 to turn it back on. this will 100% be reported because it was ILLEGAL!!!!! and the actual people at the desk were completely incompetent.
