I can’t say enough good things about Curtis and his team at AZ MediQuip! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Curtis went above and beyond to help me with two wheelchairs that needed some much-needed TLC, and thanks to his expertise and dedication, both are now working perfectly again.

I can't say enough about AZMediQuip and Curtis and Esperanza! I honestly can't even go into it, it truly would take far too long to explain just how hard they personally worked to help me. They put in hours and hours and were excellent with follow ups! The amount of time, the manual labor poor Curtis did and personal attention they put into my wheelchair and concerns with it was astounding. They truly go above and beyond for customer service! Whether it's repairs, rigorous diagnostic tests to determine what's wrong or help with warranty claims. They offer the best customer service I have ever experienced, truly, in my 26 years of being in a wheelchair. You just don't get customer service in the medical equipment industry like they give. It's so rare, they really do genuinely care! WOW! Great, friendly, caring people who do an excellent job!

I went to the store with my mom to look at wheel chairs and motorized scooters. Nicole helped me and my mom look at different items. She showed my mom how to use them and was beyond patient. The staff at this store have always been amazing and will continue to go there when needed.

So today and the last Three days I been having time breathing and trying to get a treatment machine well I went to my pharmacy and they said they couldn't order anything for me because of my insurance won't cover it I kind of got upset and I came to them and say hey I need a machine do you have one Nicole said yes I sure do she was really grateful and patient for having the machine for me... Nicole was a great employee to understand what was going on...

My father recently moved into an assisted living facility in Prescott, AZ. We, his children, all live on the east coast, so it's been a difficult transition. MediQuip has been hands-on and very helpful. They even offered to bring walkers to his assisted living home and let him pick one out since he's essentially homebound. They also gave us a good deal. Both employees I've spoken with were knowledgeable, understanding, caring, and very nice. We couldn't be happier. Thank y'all so very much!!
