I lost my nephew and a friend today, to add insult to injury, I came home to a cold house and no way to cook dinner. It's going to be 22 degrees tonight. I have been double billed for the last 6 months, I have a substantial credit with YBG and pay monthly. A driver called me and said he'd happily come fill our tank for another $300 plus dollars and it's due on delivery. I'm not rich and inflation is already killing me, I don't have $300 sitting around tonight, well I would if they had not been double charging me for the last 6 months. After reading some of these reviews, I'm sure I will be told tomorrow it's somehow my fault. Well, let's hope my pipes don't freeze and burst.

Yavapai Bottle Gas service was exceptional. Dave who filled the Tank was very helpful and nice. Christine at the office was very helpful as well. They explained everything to us, since this is our first time having to deal with gas fill up.

The service guys are great John specifically, but if you have any issues and have to speak with Nikki BEWARE! She has got to be the rudest person I have ever spoken to over the phone. Had a question regarding my mom's bill, it doesn't show the taxes you pay on the invoice, so I barely get the question out and she just starts yelling about this and that taxes as if I hadn't just asked that question. This is about the 3rd run in with this woman. I honestly can't see where or how she's in the customer service business, besides maybe some relation or ownership. It will soon be the last

I bought gas from them for quite a few years but I always smelled gas at my tank. I found out they were letting it leak because it made me use more gas. If they fill your tank be sure to be there and watch them and be sure there is no smell when they are done. Also the gas was too expensive.
A problem with gas and global warming - you can add this company to you list of rip offs.
