They did not pick up our garbage and the neighbors’ garbage because of ice one week, then reportedly would pick up on Monday when there is no ice, yet still did not pick up the garbage. 3 weeks in, they said they do not give credits for lack of service, and that the person who was just in the neighborhood would not pick up our garbage. We have to wait another week, and they will put in a note that there will be stacks of garbage next time they come around. Does that sound like quality service to you? Any accountability? We did not have problems before, other than them spilling garbage all over and then not picking it up all over the road, but out of the garbage services we have used in Prescott over the years, this is most definitely the only bad choice. You also have to buy their garbage cans, which are most definitely top price and very used/broken.

Trash company with trash people. They forgot to mute the phone when saying negative things about my wife to their coworkers. Very disrespectful. Cancelled account immediately. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

EDIT: Would also like to note that after they pick up the trash I have to follow up and pick up anything that spilled. The drivers just don't care and spill the trash everywhere and won't even clean up after themselves.

There's about a 50% chance that they will actually pick up your garbage. When you call Customer service to complain everyone is super nice, but they still won't pick up your trash. No one can contact dispatch, and no one can contact the drivers. There's also no one in charge and no manager.

The trash guy that emptied this can in my neighborhood made a mess and just drove off and did not even try to clean it up.i called the office and told them about it and they said that they would pass it on.couple hrs later and trash is all over the street and in my yard.i would not use a company that does not care about our community.

I have used this company for about 5 years and I never had a problem with them. They have very clear rules on what is acceptable and what is not acceptable for trash pickup and I think people who giving them negative ratings for not making exceptions regarding trash that doesn't fit in the can or trash that they didn't drag out to the curb on time are just being petty. When it came time to cancel my service, I did it by email after hours because that was convenient for me. I had a response first thing the next morning. I was able to make arrangements on the specific stop date. I requested that they cancel my upcoming auto payment and everything was handled very professionally.

I've been using this company for many years and about a year and a half ago switched to the concierge service where I pay more and they are supposed to pull the can up from the driveway to the street and then put it back after the garbage is emptied. Too many times the can is left up by the street and not returned to its correct location once emptied. I've called and spoken to customer service many times to try to address the issue but it still seems to reoccur on a regular basis. Will need to look for another provider who can offer concierge service pretty soon it seems.

Several issues regarding poor service, and more importantly, poor leadership. First, their phone service is horrible. It's obvious, regardless of whom you speak with, that they just want you off the phone. Even after I cancelled the service, all she wanted to do was to get off the phone, not even asking or caring WHY I cancelled the service. Second, I've used their services for months without ever being told to leave my trash can on the other side of the street, as their trucks can only pick up trash that way. Wow, because for the past 20 pickups the driver takes my can from my own property, dumps it, then puts it back on my property. Oh, I guess not any more. All someone had to do was call me, email me or text me to let me know their policies prior to service. Or, any other time. But no...They wait to tell me when I call to complain about the driver leaving my can on the other side of the street on the neighbors property. Poor communication skills = Poor leadership. Third, and I don't expect them to pick-up the trash at the exact same time each week, but wow. One morning, 6:30 A.M. Next week it's 10:00 A.M. I know the drivers have challenges each day, but really? Whatever. No one cares anyway. What's entertaining is that this bad customer service is the NORM here in Prescott. People are just used to it. I grew up here 40 years ago and just moved back 4 years ago. Not a single thing has changed; especially the bad customer service. Amazing!

If you enjoy not having your trash picked up once a month then this is the company for you. They have forgotten our pick up 20+ times in our 3 years of service. When I called to cancel service no attempt was made to resolve, was told, 'I understand'. Asked to have a manager to reach out and response I received was, 'I will add it to the notes'. They do not value their customers and have horrible customer service. Save yourself many headaches and go with literally any other option.
