We installed our upgraded sewer pump system with EBS more than 12 years ago. Since then, we’ve had to have them over a few times and each time they have been prompt, professional, and very good with their service. Last Sunday, our pump gave out. Nate showed up the next business day, inspected the lost cause, co-ordinated with Heather to pick up a brand new pump and installed it, the same day. All the communications were very clear, the job was taken care of promptly and professionally and what could have been a disaster was a non issue. We are customers for life. Thank you guys.

I live in Sedona. My grinder pump died. I did not even know what a grinder pump was. That would have been up my husband's alley, but I lost him a few years ago. Thankfully my neighbor alerted me to the situation and recommended Environmental Biomass Services in Cottonwood. I had out of town guests arriving the next day. Biomass immediately came to the rescue and put in a loaner pump. This company and its employees are kind, honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Jay and Harmony are 2 of the nicest people you ever want to meet. And they know what they're talking about when it comes to waste pumps. Our pump died, Jay came right out, took away the old one and left us with a loaner!! Who does that?!? Ordered a new one and brought it out, cleaned out the pit, brand new!
Love this company and the people.
