This place is awesome! If you want a great deal and everything done right, call them. Robert give me a really good deal on a GE washer/dryer with a propane conversion. It's hard to find a place to do a conversion, they're pros. Angelica was very nice and gave me delivery updates. Robert and Nikola delivered it, and even though it was a pretty tight fit because I have narrow wall openings they were able to get it installed. They even set right a washer and dryer in my RV that fell over during transit. They didn't have to, but It helped me out a lot because I couldn't do it by myself. It's a great, all the way around reliable company for sure.

We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Ponderosa Appliance and had the good fortune to work with Rob. There was a delay from Bosch on the shipment and when it arrived at Ponderosa Appliance, they noticed cosmetic damage on the unit. Rob promptly called to say that he was immediately ordering a replacement and went out of his way for us to ensure that the delivery would not be long since we had already waited. Rob installed the dishwasher himself and was very thorough in explaining the features and maintenance to keep it in optimal condition. Rob was great throughout the process and we will look to him and Ponderosa Appliance to purchase and service our appliance. We just moved onto our new home, new to us. The clothes dryer had power and tumbled the clothes, but it didn't get hot. I could tell it was a gas dryer, something I know nothing about. I suspected the gas may have been off, but I wasn't about to mess with that. I called Ponderosa and explained my problem. Robert came out and fixed us up. The gas was off, but he also tested and checked to be sure there wasn't any gas leaking from anywhere. He had us up and running in no time flat. Anytime I need help with appliances, Ponderosa will get our business and our referrals. This is a great company with great people. Thank you, Robert and Ponderosa, for your exceptional service.

We are very happy that we went to Ponderosa Appliance when we decided it was time to upgrade. Due to the original construction of our kitchen, a few modifications had to be done during the installation process in order to get everything to fit. Robert and his team navigated these and other challenges with a great attitude. I doubt that we could get this kind of service through the big box stores. Overall, we are very pleased with how our Thor appliances are performing and how they look!

After a long day of comparing prices between big box appliance selling companies and getting ridiculous prices and being told I would have to special order the refrigerator I wanted, I decided to stop by Ponderosa Appliances. Kevin helped me find a refrigerator that was the right size without having to special order it and was able to set the delivery time immediately. The pricing was more reasonable that I had been seeing all day. I would definitely recommend them.

I sent an email to schedule a repair service. I didn't hear back. The next day, I called and scheduled for a service repair. They gave me a time frame of 4 hours. I wait and no one showed up. I called them and was told they had a call out. Then why was I not notified? They said they would call their other repairman and would call me back. I have yet to get a call back. This is just horrible customer service.

Tonight I had the BEST experience with Ponderosa Appliance Repair. Of all things, my small cat jumped into my top load washer and got herself stuck under the drain tub. Robert answered the phone after hours and made a house call himself to see if he could access my cat. He got to my home in less than half an hour and got her out in less than five minutes! On top of coming out as an emergency call, he wouldn't take his fee!!! My girl is purring up a storm right now and I am quite literally praising God for Robert and Ponderosa Appliance. Please, please, please give these folks a try for your appliance service needs. They did so very right by us!!!
