Healthy my Energy & Body works is amazing. It’s suck a comfortable relaxing environment. Jena is amazing at what she can do as a masseuse. Her ability to do cupping is also amazing. I had a hurt shoulder I feared would need surgery after 2 months of no relief, I tired having her work on it. She went to work massaging & cupping and each visit it got better. I went once a month and with 5 visit, I’m thankful to say it’s totally fix. She healed my hurt shoulder, no pain what so ever, no medications and best of all no surgery!!!!! Without her help for two month the pain stayed constant I fear I had torn something in the shoulder. I can’t say enough how great she is!!!! Highly recommended!!

Jena is a gifted therapist in several modalities. She is an excellent masseuse, finding the places that need attention. I have also found her Reiki/massage helpful. Recently we have been doing the Craniosacral Therapy and I have found benefit for my chronic pain. I am grateful to have found Jena who is also an outstanding, kind, and caring person I admire.

Brittnay is just a wonderful human being all around! She genuinely cares about you and that is so unique these days! She has been doing body coding and Reiki on my husband and it has helped him so much! We just love her! I would highly recommend her.

Jena is amazing! She is so good at what she does and is very informative. She always asks how you’re doing and focuses on any areas in need. Her massage and reiki combo is my absolute favorite! I highly recommend her for either one or both of these services!

I started bringing my four week old baby to Jena for cranial sacral therapy! She has been absolutely wonderful, good communication about appts and what she is going to do at each appt. She has worked on his tongue, lip and cheek ties, plus his left side of his face was very tight and less reactive when he would smile and she was able to loosen that up! And also he held in lower lip inward always and he now keeps it lined up with his upper lip! I would totally recommend her!

Jenna is a gifted massage therapist with a great bedside manner! This is the first massage I’ve had where I wasn’t uncomfortable or where the massage didn’t hurt at some point or another. Her prices are affordable and reasonable and I have already scheduled my second massage! I HIGHLY recommend Healing Energy & Body Works!!
