Eric from Assurance Electrical Services provided excellent customer service on a service call for our living room Casablanca fan. Once he identified the issue was the motor, he removed the fan and recommended the Fan Doctor Electric in Phoenix to do the repair work. Fan Doctor Electric did a terrific job of troubleshooting and quickly repairing the circuit board within a week. Eric then seamlessly completed the service call by installing the fan and new wall switch. I highly recommend Eric at Assurance Electrical Services, I truly appreciate how he conducts business!

This company is awesome. Great customer service is so challenging to find. This company nails it. Brendan was amazing and is friendly and personal and stays in communication through the entire process. I had nick come to fix electrical issues. Prices were great. He was so polite and professional. Had to climb in the attic and took all the necessary steps to ensure he fixed everything. Even gave me suggestions to save me money in future on a dimmer I was interested in. Go with this company. They won’t dissapoint.

Assurance Electrical Sevices installed my level 2 charger today. Tomas and Chris were the electricians. They did a stellar job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual.They explained everything to me in great detail step by step. I found them to be reasonable and my questions were answered in detail. Really 5 star reviews!! I have a non functioning wall outlet. They showed up 20 minutes early (very inconvenient). The person who showed looked like a deer in the headlights when I explained the problem. They he pulled out a book about 3" thick and started explaining their fees. Indicating this one might be a round $400. Are you kidding me? I was told the call would be $69 and then applied to the work which I assumed would probably be less than an hour unless the switch itself was defective. I was not paying $400 to have a light switch work. So I very reluctantly gave him $70.00 for his 5 minutes here and escorted him to the door. I wouldn't call them to do anything at my home if this is how their business is run. I will look for an electrician and only pay by the hour in the future

Very professional when assessing the work requesting and providing more than 1 option to fixing the problem. Thomas did an excellent job rewiring our heat lamp and leaving it in better condition from when he arrived. He explained the whole process as he was working. I highly recommend Assurance Eletrical and request Thomas.

Power had gone out in both mine and my brothers rooms for two days. We called and they sent Chris out the same day we called. He figured out what was wrong and he fixed it quickly.
