Have used them for several electrical things at my home from the simple to the complex (complex - figuring out why wires hidden in the attic eaves and wired up to outdoor lights didn't have power, and correcting it). This was after my very handy dad, and separately, an experienced handyman weren't able to figure it out, even with toners etc. I've had 2-3 different electricians out here over the years from Pur, and I recommend each one. The company also makes it easy to pay with text links. The office staff are friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable enough on your needs to get you scheduled quickly. I want to trust the people doing this kind of work at my house, and Pur is great.

Joe & Steven were very responsive and reassuring. I could not get much help from my installer; and it turns out they never set my unit up for monitoring! The previous installer showed no interest in servicing my unit. So: after the very first call to pur solar; Joe went above and beyond to make sure I could count on them to solve my problem. We’ve been nothing but satisfied with Pur Solar since they installed panels on our roof a few years ago. This fall we needed to redo our roof due to hail damage and Pur Solar was able to accommodate our roofer’s timeline perfectly to get the panels off and on again as quickly as possible. National solar installers (Tesla, Sun Run) charge a lot more and are way less flexible than Pur Solar. If you’re thinking about adding solar to your roof it’s smart to go with a local provider in the event you have to detach and reinstall in the future. Choose Pur Solar!

Our solar was originally put in by a national company out of Phoenix. I noticed I wasn't getting the results anticipated. Unfortunately I was unable to work with that company because they had gone bankrupt. I contacted Pur Solar who came out to look over my situation. They worked on the inverters and found out they weren't programmed properly, were undersized for the amount of panels I have, and they weren't receiving a good Internet signal. Pur Solar fixed the problems with the internet and the programming. By working for two months with the inverter manufacturer, they were able to remotely maximize the output of the inverters to match the panels. I would highly recommend Pur Solar for any of your solar needs.

After getting the runaround from Redline Solar (original installer) I called Pur Solar to address my issue with the solar panels not producing any energy. Not only did they come out and fix everything, they showed me how to monitor the panel generation and assist with the warranty on the panels. Everything is working great!

Very easy to work with. They are working on my solar system and are very knowledgeable, prompt and explanations were easy to understand. Pricing is reasonable especially for how far they go and the Arizona conditions they work in.

Had them back for a second time and pricing was reasonable. Very easy to work with and helped get the problem solved.
