From the time I called, through the site evaluation, into the installation and permit process, Brad and Justin and Jesse have all made our experience hassle free. Brad the operation manager coordinated everything and is on the ball, and communication is above and beyond. Justin our sales representative was informative and made it easy for us. Jesse and his install crew was polite, on time and never left a mess.
We are so happy with our solar, we are just waiting for APS to complete hookup, and we will be generating power. Super excited. Thanks to everyone at Arizona Solar and Energy for their exceptional service. 5 stars absolutely.

Working with Arizona Solar Wave, from start to finish, has been amazing. They are the best, in my estimation. I had received two other quotes and signed a contract with a third before I met with the AZ SW rep. After hearing what they offer, I immediately signed on and canceled the other contract. It was a no brainer. For about $3K more, AZ SW has given me probably twice the amount of solar panels I would have gotten from the other company. Besides that, working with Mr. Bradley is a breath of fresh air. He is so professional, always a pleasure to speak with, and he is quick to answer or respond back. Despite my so many questions - because I'm not very busy savvy or numbers savvy - I've never once felt that I've been talked down to, ignored or put off, even now a few months after installation. I cannot offer higher recommendations for this company! Hopefully my pictures show here, front and back, to compare to any schematics you might be shown.

We just turned on our solar panel system which was professionally installed by the great team at Arizona Solar Wave. Brad was absolutely fantastic and responded almost instantaneously to every text message, email, and phone call. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly the entire process unfolded, from submitting an estimate through contract signing, permitting, and installation. The installation crew were on time, neat, kind, and professional. I’ve lived in AZ for almost 40 years and this was, by far, the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The experiences working with Arizona Solar Wave and Brad was purely amazing!! I initially started my project with another solar company and they designed my system with 35 panels and went through all the permit process, but on the installation day, that solar company told me they had to change the design and can only install 15 panels on my roof. I was very upset with the last minute design change by that company and stopped the contract.

Then, I found Arizona Solar Wave on Solar Review and contacted Brad. Brad is super nice and had my measurement done right away. Arizona Solar Wave had the design of 45 panels on my roof within a few days after I contact them!!! I was super happy about it and we started the process with them right away. The process is super smooth and Brad is always accessible and responsive whenever I have questions. Yesterday, my solar system started running and is producing huge amount of power! The whole process only took 3-4 months! I couldn't be happier!!! I highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone who wants best solar system and the best service!!

Arizona Solar Wave is an excellent company with integrity, high-quality work, superior efficiency, honest employees, and transparency regarding the actual cost and timeline for installation. I had previously had solar panels installed on a property that I later sold and that was more than 5 years ago. The owner still has outstanding employees that are timely and work well together. They installed my entire 8.91kw system in one day. The process from planning, permits, power company approval, installation, final inspection, and power on was seamless in large part to the diligence I have come to expect and count on through two experiences with this company. They keep everything fluid from start to finish and are in the loop throughout every step. There was not a single delay in any part of the process, allowing me to start generating power as soon as possible. They have the finest customer service of any company I have ever done business with, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a solid company to complete their solar project to look no further than Arizona Solar Wave. One last note on integrity: I practically begged for a battery install in the past and the owner was transparent with me, recommending against it because the cost to value just is not there yet. He told me I would never recoup my money spent on batteries versus the potential savings from using them to offset peak power, and the only purpose would be for backup only, which he recommended a generator instead for dealing with any loss of power. That is integrity! Thank you!

Honestly, there is no other company I'd rather work with!

Back in 2018, I started looking into putting a solar system on my home. I chose Arizona Solar Wave based on their reviews and I have never had any regrets. The install went smoothly and any issues were always addressed immediately.
Fast forward to 2021 and we moved out of Arizona for nearly a year.
Even before we got back to AZ, we called Brad directly to set things into motion for a solar system for the new house we purchased. Again, everything went smoothly, everyone I've met during this process has been wonderful. From start to finish, the whole process took 93 days and we turned our system on today!

Over the last 5 years, I've interviewed at least a dozen solar providers - one thing ALL of them had in common was the need to OVERSELL the level of equipment necessary for our home. All of them making huge, unfounded claims. Many of them had been licensed under a prior business name that had closed due to false promises and poor service.
