Marc in sales was great and has been super helpful when we've had issues with the next steps (they initially forgot to install our critter guard). They were fast to install & the delays were minor & they were not on Inty but the city & SRP during install & set-up. Our rep following sales was not a good communicator for his important position but their customer service has promised to correct it. System was supposed to have been 'turned on' a week ago but something isn't working, new appointment on Monday to check it out. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SRP IS GOING TO nearly ***TRIPLE YOUR RATE*** 😡 DURING NON-DAYLIGHT HOURS. Had we known this, we would have likely purchased battery backup.

My solar power installation was just completed and is up and working. The sales people were very friendly and informative and answered all my questions. The installation by Indy
Power was very professional, very clean and very quick. I first had a new roof installed and 3 weeks later the solar was complete. Now I am anticipating some savings on my electric bill. If I have any problems in the future I am confident that Light Reach will take of it.

Great company. Very easy to work with. They take care of everything, permits, inspections, dealing with your HOA. Overall they provided a very easy transition to solar. I even last minute added an EV charging station in our garage and without hesitation the change order was made and incorporated into the project. Every employee was polite and professional. From the office staff to all the installers. Zero complaints. The entire process took about 1 month. They keep you updated every step of the way. 10/10 highly recommend.

Inty Power have been wonderful throughout the whole process of my solar installation! First, I have to say the team that sold my package to me is different from Inty, who is my installation team. I also had a roofing crew/company in the mix. Then lastly, a lender. 4 separate entities.
Inty welcomed me, told me what to expect, a timeline of events to expect, and kept me informed every step of the way. The office staff are absolutely fantastic and amazing, making it seem easy to work with my hectic schedule. The installation crew were always thoughtful about my property and professional and friendly. Due to approvals and planning from the electrical company, my project took slightly longer than anticipated, but nothing extraordinary when dealing with permits and big corporations. Inty made sure to keep me informed of any and all changes right away. Highly recommend!

My experience with Inty Power was very pleasant. I wasn't very knowledgeable about the solar process, even though it's been something I've wanted for some time now. Needless to say, we were kept informed about everything happening in a timely manner, and all questions were answered! We were helped by multiple representatives during the installation of the panels and whatnot, but Gesselle R. was by far the sweetest, soft-spoken, outstanding, patient, and informative person to assist us in this process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
