Team Central was professional and efficient. I had the solar panels added to my roof and i have a thin roof so some screws made it through the ceiling. They returned and fixed the holes with new shorter screws and patched the ceiling. It looks great. I am pleased and they were so kind and helpful. Would recommend 10/10. Thanks!

Team central did an amazing job during installation. The only downside is that after they left, my side gate was broke and the latch arm is completely missing. I'm sure it wasn't on purpose but a heads up would have helped me not let the animals out with an easy to use wind flap instead of a secure gate. I want to leave fewer stars but I'm still kind of upset...
And looking for the missing latch arm.

Update: the latch arm was located roughly 20' away towards where the gear was set up. I can't know for sure but I'm guessing it caught on something (perhaps the ladders) and fell off near the back door. Regardless, it was found and I was eventually able to fix the damage. I now have a working gate again. Also appears the conduit is not completely connected.

Our team was Radix team Chevy. They did an awesome job putting in our solar and everything involved with it. They had a high respect for my property in that one guy would not step on a hose until I gave him permission to. I really respect that type of service. They did a very professional job and they were all very friendly. If I had to do it again, I would ask for this team. And it was 97° by the time they finished, and nobody complained about the heat!

Unprofessional and reckless company.
Radix has left an open ditch on my property for 3 months. This isn't even my solar going in, it's my neighbors and Radix has destroyed my gravel driveway and made in unaccessible and again they aren't my contractor yet they've caused property damage. I had to put up my own fencing so my 3yr old doesn't fall in. This ditch is 20' long and over 3' deep for 3 months!!!
If you want to pay 70k for a death trap on your property, or get sued for a small child dying in your yard. This is your company.

Mostly I have been happy with RADIX SOLAR. However when the panel box was put in they put the connect on a slot below where it should have been Our air conditioner as a result does not work. Radix solar sent some people out but they didn't find anything. We called the air conditioner repairman and he showed us where the problem was. He won't touch it. We have called Radix Solor NUMEROUS times. My wife called and the after that it disconnected her and told her to call again. I called last Thursday and talked to a real nice man. He said they couldn't do anything that day but would send someone out on Friday. We waited all day Friday-nothing. It is getting hot out here and we have been without air conditioner service for weeks.
Why is it so difficult to get this done? Why don't you return calls?
Why do you disconnect us when we call? Please fix this.

Tanner was the first person we had the pleasure to talk to with this amazing company. He was kind, patient and very informative. Any question I had throughout the process, he had or got me the answer VERY quick. Customer service like that is rare and appreciated.

Jose, Chris, and Daniel did an outstanding job installing our panels! Very professional as well! I could not be more pleased with the install! If you need solar panels installed, these are your guys!

However, it has been 2 months since the panels were installed and Radix has been out several times to fix labeling issues. As of this moment, Dec 5 2023, my panels are still not turned on...
