We just had spray foam insulation done, and I can honestly say we’re so glad we did it. After getting a few quotes, we chose Koala Insulation because of their great reviews and how easy and knowledgeable Jim (one of the owners) was to talk to. Their price was right in line with the others, but their professionalism and expertise stood out.

Our attic was a bit tricky, but they handled it really well—from the insulation removal to the final spray foam, they took great care of everything. Even better, they were super respectful of our home and really kind to our family.

Huge thanks to Ryan and Mike (techs), Sean and Gabe (spray foam), and Noah (drywall). And a special shoutout to Jim and Bill—great guys and great to work with. It’s already been a few warm days and we’ve noticed a real difference in comfort. Highly recommend these guys!

After a thorough inspection, Bill share multiple options to improve our air flow and insulation. He was professional and informative! After making a decision, we were quickly scheduled for a time that worked well for us. The installers arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They shared lots to pictures to share the quality of work they performed. We are also so happy that we went with a solar attic fan to help cool the air in our attic. Koala Insulation did a fabulous job on providing our attic with additional insulation and installing a solar powered attic fan. Bill, the owner, provided us with an honest assessment of our house and recommendations. Simeon and Ryan did the insulation installation and over saw the roofer who installed the fan. They were both great! All are very friendly and dependable! Would recommend without hesitation!

Excellent experience from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. The inspection was very thorough, with pictures to illustrate the issues needing attention. We had a few questions which were answered in detail. The installers were very professional and left their work areas spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise during the process. Highly Recommend Koala Insulation!

I had Koala Insulation add insulation to my attic, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and honest—everything you want in a home services company. I had another company give me a quote before Koala, and the difference was striking. The other company felt sketchy and overpriced, while Koala was upfront, fairly priced, and incredibly thorough.

They spent several hours completing the job, sealed ductwork properly, added a generous amount of insulation, and even provided detailed photos showing exactly what they did. They also helped me take full advantage of SRP rebates, which was a huge plus.

I felt completely confident in their work and appreciated their transparency and professionalism. If you're looking for a reputable insulation company, I HIGHLY recommend Koala. They truly went above and beyond.

Amazing experience with Koala Insulation, I found them through the SRP contractor list after I had the SPR home efficiency assessment done on my home. The owner, Bill completed the assessment of my home, it's not often you find a contractor that tells you that your home does not require additional work. Bill spent 15 minutes in my attic and determined that my insulation depth was adequate and adding an additional 4-5 inches would not have any added benefit. While up there he spread the insulation to a couple of bare spots where other contractors must have not replaced it after the work they were doing. He also gave me some DIY tips on sealing some a/c air leaks around my attic equipment which is literally some tape from Home Depot that will cost me less than $10. I decided to have Koala install a solar attic fan to help with cooling in the attic space. Very fair price (bonus is the 55% tax credit), Mike has just left my home after completing the job in less than 2 hours. 100% recommend Koala, they were amazing. Very satisfied customer.
