Austin, Tyler, and their team of installers were an absolute pleasure to work with. Tyler gave us a detailed explanation of how solar could benefit us, was extremely transparent about the entire process which is what gave my wife and I the peace of mind we needed to begin this process. We were then contacted by Austin who was equally as friendly and transparent. He was patient with all of my questions and really reassured us throughout the entire process. We were pleasantly surprised when our install was set for sooner than estimated! All of the guys who I wish I had names for came out to do the install and I can easily say every single one of them was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. They checked in with me throughout the installation to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. I would 10/10 recommend solar and even further I would implore you to use Bright Home when doing so! Thank you to everyone at Bright Home for making this an enjoyable experience for my wife and I as first time home owners!

So far, everything has been excellent. I may update after our solar panels are working. We did extensive research before deciding on Bright Home Energy. They have not disappointed us at all. They lead with integrity and stand behind their work. The process from permits through installation and inspection has been smooth. Austin does an exceptional job of communicating each step and keeping us in the loop regarding what’s next and what/who they might be waiting on. Our last step is waiting for the utility (APS) to install a new meter and give us the go ahead. I highly recommend BHE for your solar needs!

Very pleased and impressed with the service from Bright Home Energy. We’ve been kept apprised of every step of the way in great detail. We’ve haven’t had to do anything-they coordinated with electric company and HOA completely. Very happy with the quick installation and whole process.
