We had Icon Power install solar w/Enphase on our 2-story 2100sqft house back in November, 2023 and switched on Solar services in February, 2024.

I've seen my neighbors go through various other solar companies and have seen those same companies return to their homes every 2-3 months afterwards, for servicing repairs.

Icon Power is the literal "set it and forget it" type of company. Since activation, we have had ZERO issues with our solar system. So much so, that we tend to forget its even up there.

The service has been great and their customer service reps have been fantastic - the very rare times that I have had to contact them; which has been ONE time since the install/activation.

Extremely happy with this company. So much so, I just called (the ONE phone call) to see about adding a few more panels.

If you want a solar company who has, not only great products, but also great customer care/support - Icon Power is what you're looking for!!

From the moment we met Graham Christian from Icon Power we felt he was a genuine and honest person. We have been considering solar for our home for a couple of years and the people we had spoken to in the past did not give us a comfortable feeling. They seemed to be to eager to just sell us on a system. Graham from Icon Power was very different with his approach with us. We never felt pressured, on the contrary he really took the time to educate us on how the whole process works. By the end we felt we had a much better understanding and grew to trust Graham. He gave us a scenario of a timeline what and how long the process would take without over promising. Well what can I say he was on point and our system was installed in a very quick and professionally manner. I have friends that had solar installed and they could not believe how quickly our was completed from start to finish.

This brings me to the survey and the installation crew. Survey crew came out and we didn’t even notice they were here. The installation crew was awesome! They did an excellent job installing our system, while the crew leader explained to me what they were doing. These guys worked like a team that read each other’s mind. They were efficient and very careful with the equipment. They kept the area clean and organized the whole time they were here. Which to my amazement it wasn’t as long as I thought they were going to take. It took them about 4-5 hrs to install from start to finish. I was totally impressed with them all. Thank you Graham & Icon group for making me a believer again. That there are still good hard working people out there. We promise to spread the word on behalf of Icon Power and your personal touch Graham.

Like others, we chose Icon Power through a solar co-op, which means that along with several more knowledgeable people, we compared eight different companies and chose Icon. I'm glad we did!

Jordan Bastion in particular made the experience easy. He returned calls and texts and explained thing. He was generally so helpful that when we decided to add a solar battery a year later, we paid extra to go through Icon rather than deal directly with a manufacturer known for crappy customer service. Highly recommended!

Great overall experience (Quote, design phase, installation, power on and communication) working with Kurt at Icon Power! The reason I went with Icon was because and great feedback of the company - sure enough; we are very happy with our choice - I would highly recommend Icon Power. Icon, provided one of the best quotes, the system used great components (panels, inverters and racking), the installers were knowledgeable and experienced and there were no city/ AHJ rejections hence the time to power on the system was very short. Icon also helped improve our house efficiency by improving our roof insulation!
