They only give a shit about taking your money & they’re the good standard with that philosophy.

They were great, responsive, communicative when getting solar installed. Believe the product is good. Since then, it’s been a pain. Believe my system could get little more power by moving a panel or two. They were close to impossible to touch base with & once I did, they didn’t bother entertaining the idea.

To top it off, I’ve been trying to reach them so I can get information & documents to my real estate agent since I’m preparing to put my house on the market.

I had a unit in stalled at my home, the sales manager and crew were awesome from start to finish. Kept me informed at all times . When I had any questions even if they were closed . They will promptly respond. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!

We had a great experience with Volt, they made sure to explain every step of the process and were very good about updating us on where things were in the process. For our particular situation, we were replacing a roof in addition to installing solar and Volt handled the roof contracting in addition to the solar installation and permitting, which saved us a lot of headache. Based on my own personal research, I think Volt was able to offer very reasonable loan terms and used high quality equipment for the installation. Overall, I definitely recommend giving them a call if you're interested in solar.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD! I purchased a mini split and connected solar system from VOLT solar a little over 2 years ago. The rep that sold is to me Austin is no longer with the company and the customer service is non existent. I have called multiple times and I was not called back, but instead a woman named Morgan texted me back instead of calling me. I have proceeded to text back and forth now for 6 weeks and all I am told over and over is that it is not their responsibility to help me. They sold it to me, but another company installed it. My mini split AC has been out for months now and I have no help at all. This service is miserable and they have no interest in helping me! So very frustrating! WARNING AGAINST this company! I think they are going downhill recently with the solar industry locally. They just dont care because they arent making enough money with interest rates hitting their industry. So frustrating when they leave you high and dry like they have done to me in the middle of the summer!

It appears this company has shut down ... unable to contact them by phone, the options go to three other solar companies, two of the numbers which are disconnected or are no longer in service. The other contact number I have has no answer. I purchased an addition to my system including a power wall and they contracted it to someone else who has been a straight up nightmare !! The third company is in business but also cannot reach them. Will follow up with the Registrar of Contractors and the BBB.
