Most cost effective place to buy solar panels. You can find very good panels in a wide variety of wattage. New and slightly used both amazingly affordable. Service is equally excellent whether you buy one panel or truckload. Don't waste your time and money looking for a better deal (unless you're just window shopping). If you're buying, this is it.

I didn't lose anything, other than frustration with online ordering. Had everything in my cart for a pallet of Solar Panels and the prices changed (higher of course) the moment I was about to hit the payment authorization, I noticed a price increase of 1200.00! This is the second time this has happend to me, and its always when there is a sale price, it seems. Lol. Needless to say, I think I'll look elsewhere.

I ordered a solar kit to be shipped to my house. After a few weeks I still haven't received my package, so I called and Shannon told me that my order was for "local pickup". I told her that I wanted it to be shipped and she apologized and said I wasn't the first that had this issue. She said it was their website messing up and the kit has been sitting at their facility. I paid them an additional $250 for it to be shipped and she said they will send it out asap. A few calls and a month later, it's still sitting at their facility, with the exact same responses. A week later, still no shipment, so I called to request a refund and Shannon told me "Zach will give you a call back" which never happened. I had to go to my banks and get my money back for the kit and the shipping payment.

Thank you, SanTan Solar!
Due to your full-time customer support, and affordable products, we were able to complete a self-install on an off-grid project allowing us to be fully operational within one month of closing on the land, for apx 1/4 the price of hooking up to the grid.

Your panels, charge controllers, inverters and battery systems have held up through below-freezing and 100*+ conditions allowing us to provide year-round secure storage for our customers.

During installation, Austin and Dave at SanTan were able to give me real-time advice as I learned and installed the system personally. They are patient, polite and knowledgeable, allowing even the novice DIY’er the ability to install their own solar system with confidence.

Completed my solar project this week. SanTan has been great and very instrumental in final success of project. The place to go for a DIY'er. Jason helped setup my system, they provided detailed engineering drawings that breezed through my local county permitting department. Kevin and Rusty were very helpful with ordering and shipping. Bob the owner got involved when Solarever had supply issues with the last ten panels, very proactive. The system is a two array ground racked (unusual for a DIY'er to do).
