Going solar with Fusion Power was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home and my wallet. From the very first conversation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest — no pressure, no gimmicks. They walked me through everything clearly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or confused.

What really stood out was how seamless the whole process was. They handled all the paperwork, permits, and inspections. The install team was fast, respectful of my property, and cleaned everything up afterward. My system looks great and started saving me money from day one.

Fusion Power isn’t just another solar company. They’re sharp, efficient, and clearly care about doing things right. I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors and will continue to do so. If you’re thinking about solar, start here.

Fusion Power is the real deal. From consultation to install, the process was fast, clean, and professional. They actually educate you and not just sell you. Transparent pricing, smart system design, and killer support. My bills dropped and I feel in control of my energy. Highly recommend. Thank you Ashleigh for the help!

I now produce and own my power. Solar system and back up battery, saving roughly $122 per month, and I own it. No more rate hikes, or unpredictability from the grid. Fusion was seamless across the entire install. They communicated every step of the way and gave me a great deal. Thank you so much.

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life! First we were lied to about how the solar would work without a battery if power to the local grid went out they said we would still have power and that was a lie! Being that we didn't know much about solar they told us what we wanted to hear so they could get a sale. Then they damaged our roof and had to send people out 4 different times with no roofing experience to fix it and it didnt get fixed so they hired a legit roofing company to come out and finally fix it the right way and that took 6 months. then we had a panel go out and they took 6 months to get someone out here to fix that. Then against our better judgement we called them again and asked about adding a battery and a smart panel and that was in June 2024 and the install didn't happen till November/December 2024 then they wired it wrong then it failed 4 inspections. Meanwhile we were not informed the panels were not connected so we were paying the electric company a lot of money plus we were also paying the finance company for solar we couldn't use. Then 2 days ago they called and said the panels had been turned back on a week and a half ago and we were never informed. For the last week now I have been trying to get the "Welcome" email to be able to set up the smart panel on my mobile phone and no one seems to know where to get it. On top of it all we have an account manager that has only spoken to us once in almost a year and it was only when they were needing payment. So here we are in April 2025 and we still don't have full access to our solar or smart panel and we still haven't gotten any communication except from Diego he's great but he's not our account manager and can only do so much. I would never recommend this company to anyone there is a huge lack of communication and the customer service is horrible!!! We will never do business with them again not even on the new home we are purchasing later this year. They probably won't send us what we need to get the smart panel activated after they read this but I'm pissed off and tired of their games!!! Stay tuned I will give an update if they don't follow through with the smart panel info we need.

05/27/2025...update....
So after calling the smart panel company (SPAN) several times they advised the battery wasn't commissioned properly so the app wasn't fully working and we found out there was a Tesla app for the battery that was never told to us and we had to get that handled so here we are finally fully up and running. This was a horrible experience for us. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

If I could give this company negative starts I would!!!!!
Sales rep comes to our door last March to tell us about the company he work for (Fusion Power) & how we could save a lot of money with the ever increasing electric bills from SRP. He scheduled us an appt with a sales person (Peyton) who happens to be his brother. We were also told that a couple of our neighbors had solar panels installed by them recently as well. Peyton comes to our home shows us all these computer graphs, benefits of solar, and cost reductions that we would have once our solar panels are installed. Peyton also explains that the unit costs $26000 & we won't have to lay out a single penny as they arrange financing through Credit Human with our payments being $228/mo. We would be entitled to a tax rebate of $13,000 that could be used to reduce the loan in half and also reducing our monthly payment to $150/mo. Once the loan is paid off we would own the equipment they install. Our SRP bills would also be reduced especially in the summer months when they are the highest. As everything seemed to sound good we agreed and was asked to sign documents with tiny print for the install as well as the loan. Everything went along as they promised with the install and setting up the system to be functioning.
A few weeks ago, I received my income tax papers only to find I was given a tax credit of $2300, no where near any $13,000 as Peyton explained. I then contacted Fusion Power questioning this big difference and the man on the phone was not only disrespectful he turned around and said "I have no idea what your tax liability is. When I asked to speak to someone that could help me he replied "I'm not a tax accountant"
With regards to the loan taken out for us through Credit Human I had contacted them to find out the duration of the loan and was given a payment schedule for the duration of the loan. To our surprise this loan will end in 2044!!!!! Had this been specified when we're were being told the supposed benefits of going solar taking out a 19 year loan would definitely been the one thing that would have a NO GO with moving forward.
To be misinformed & misled by a company with regards to getting a sale is just downright wrong and immoral! Honestly I don't know how the people that work for this company providing incomplete & wrong information sleep at night especially with the way our economy is nowadays. This company will NEVER get a referral for anyone that I know!!!!!

In response to Fusion Power’s owner's reply on 4/2 - your sales rep, Peyton, NEVER at any point in his presentation, specified anything regarding about a tax liability or anything you have replied. He literally said to us that we would get a $13,000 REBATE that we could put towards the loan bringing the payments down from $228 to $150. There was NEVER any mention about a tax credit, liability or based on anything else!!! There was NEVER any mention of checking with a tax accountant prior to signing up with your company. He only made sure the loan papers and contract were signed digitally not able to read anything just being told to put my personal information where it needed to go on the application.
There was also nothing mentioned that the loan was a loan that would take 20 years to pay off, something we were definitely not prepared to take on as we weren’t looking for another long term payment like another mortgage!!! Maybe as the owner of the company YOU should definitely sit down with how ever many sales people you have and make sure they are all telling potential customers what they should be told NOT just something to make another sale!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can't stress that enough. Every company costs the same within a $1000, so find someone else. I don't even know where to start:

.They show up unannounced and are pissed the dogs are available to bark at them.
.They are upset if you aren't home to give access (again, arriving unannounced or minimal notice and once you've already gone to work).
. I've NEVER had a phone call returned despite leaving multiple message. Requested to speak to our account manager Pamela multiple times. No call back. Yet I know she got the message because she's made comments on our account thread by the time I call back. Requested to speak to a project manager, still don't know who that is for our account. Plenty of people commenting on our account, no one following up with the actual customer.
.They wanted us to release funds for the project about a month ago. Yet no one had gone over the system with us to show us it had actually been installed correctly and completely. Thankfully we insisted on a walk through of the system and refused to release funds until everything was shown to be in working order. They came back THREE more times to install different things. We failed our first county inspection in the process (passed the second).
.Don't use them to re-do your roof. This end is not entirely their fault, but the company they hired left nails, tacks and cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. I think everyone in the family ended up with a nail going through their shoe in the weeks that followed.
. Also, check the plans, closely. The monstrosity of equipment and pipes on the side of my house is not what I signed up for. We now have to have the house painted to try and make it look reasonable. I don't think the paint will help. So. Many. Pipes. The picture doesn't even do justice to the insane amount of pipes and size of pipes.

Communication is nonexistent for this company. Upper management needs a serious overhaul! That said, the everyday employees that we interacted with were great. Very polite. Always friendly. The sales people know how to sell, but should not be part of the equation beyond that. A new point person needs to take over. I would not recommend this company, and I'm still not convinced it's worth it. Our system is still not active (although I'm told we are waiting on SRP at this point), and I don't have high hopes when it comes to maintenance or repairs needed down the line. Run from this company!

Negative 1000 stars. TERRIBLE service. NEVER call back after they say to leave a message for call backs. Supervisors are never available. Worst wait times EVER. Taking forever to FINISH install that’s already started.. yet posting pics of others being “done” after they promised us a few weeks to finish months later we are…
Feels like a HUGE SCAM once you work with them. Didn’t finish in the time said initially now the summer is here and they don’t care cus they will get paid no matter what. Wish I could’ve never worked with them to begin with. Bad service, go with someone else. thank me later. I would NEVER refer anyone even for their referral money. Look at the reviews the worst ones are what I’m facing 1000%% I should’ve read them months ago to decide what to do beforehand. Read them now and save your time. They are not open until the time shown on google, they don’t answer the phone.. still doing my own updates and following thru with other companies since Fusion Solar won’t do it and get back to me and I honestly get more information working on it myself going back and forth than they have given me about the status of my project.. go another route. You’re welcome

Really unhappy with this company and their sleezy used car salesperson model to sell people panels by lying. In early 2024 one of their sales people came by and he showed us these low rates SRP charges for electricity. We were new to the state and moved from California where they had net metering and no demand charges so we assumed it was the same, especially since the sales guy just kept showing us the rates for kWh not anything about demand charges. He convinced us to get a small system so we could access these rates. Now we are stuck with a loan, and pay more for our monthly bill then we did before because of demand charges. And they installed a demand manager but then the app now wants us to pay to use it even though we own the demand manager. My husband kept trying to contact the guy who sold us the panels and magically that customer service we were promised by a “local company who won’t go out of business and have excellent customer service” ghosts us so now we can’t even use something we paid for without paying more. Stay far away from this company, they will say whatever they can to make a sale even if it’s a bold faced lie.
