It's ridiculous to try and get a real person on the phone in outages. I've had 2 in the last year and it's like pulling teeth to get any information on anything.

They misread meters for months and jack your bill up, and could care less when the big bills come. Their online system is out of date and clunky. A lot of changes to accounts must be done by talking to someone if you can get them on the phone. I feel sorry for those struggling right now because this coop could care less. They know that you have no other choice. You must do business with them, so they treat you how they want.

Power is constantly going out!!! It went off at 5:30pm this evening and it’s now 11:30pm on a Sunday night. If you do get someone to answer the phone they can’t tell you anything. All they can do is ask if you have checked your breakers!!!! It would really help if your power outage map would give some kind of time frames like it is setup to do so people could make other arrangements. I’m sitting here in a dark HOT home and I have to work tomorrow. We do have to work to pay the bill!!!

Good job guys. Storms come and lots of lines down everywhere but eventually the crews come around and clean up the mess. At 10:30pm Colton came out and pulled a limb off the neighbors lines and restored power. When I saw it I thought oh it will be tomorrow because they’ll have to call a truck but he managed to wrangle it down. We’re fortunate to have good people out all hours working in bad conditions to keep us comfortable.

Also in my opinion the Sprout fiber is by far the best internet we’ve ever had.

Brand new internet went down in storms one month in. They did come check on it the same day and said they fixed it, but it went out again within 12 hours and they don't seem to have anyone working on weekends so no internet for 3 days at least, and they will still charge us full price.
Update.. now our power is off with zero bad weather and no explanation as to why they cut it off. If it's a planned outage for repairs it should be mentioned to those affected, but that's not how this Coop works.
