A few summers ago I noticed all of my neighbors were making the switch from the competitor services to Vail Valley Waste Management. I 'd never had a real reason to change services until I ended up having an issue with my service provider, and was treated like a number that didn't matter. I finally joined the rest of the neighborhood and boy do I immediately feel the difference! Byron and his team take the time to know customers and treat us with care. Truly kind people, great service, I HIGHLY recommend!!! The prices are better too!

This company is AMAZING! I switched after 30 years with another company and have been blown away by the personal service! Everyone should choose them! They are SO responsive to any request... Above and beyond! My trash was accidentally put in front of my neighbor's yard and therefore not picked up. I called after hours the night before a federal holiday (not expecting a response for 2 days) & they picked it up ON THE HOLIDAY! That's unbelievable service!! Thank you, Suzanne and Jen! You've exceeded my expectations!!!

I LOVE Vail Valley Waste! They have the best customer service that I’ve ever interacted with. Their drivers are so kind and courteous, bringing our bins back up to the house so they don’t blow all over our neighborhood and sometimes when this Mom forgets to move the bin to the curb they come up and grab it anyway! I’ve been so happy with them since switching almost 2 years ago and highly recommend them to every one! A great local company!

I always shop around garbage options for my real estate clients, and was thrilled with Vail Valley Waste; I have been seeing their trucks more and more around here and there is a reason!

We really only have 3 companies in town, Vail Valley Waste was the best customer service of the 3 when I called - and they were also the best price by far. $42 and $71 less per quarter than the others. (Who also do fine work!) But these guys were especially exceptional - great local company, lots of experience, and best price to boot.

We were skipped on our recycle pick up 3 times in a row by Vail Honeywagon and on the last time, they claimed it was our fault and they wouldn't come pick it up. I started looking at my statements and found they had added extra fees and upped our rates. I called VVW and switched our service which not only saved a bunch of money but they also came and cleaned up our entire street of full recycle bins. I've never been this stoked on a garbage company in my life! Great service, great price, and so professional and helpful. Everyone should switch to these guys! Thanks a ton!

I was in need of a dumpster for some trash removal from the house. I called my current trash service and they told me the earliest they could get someone here was after the week end. I'm not a regular here and was only here for a long week end, so that didn't work. I called other places and was told the same thing. I then called Vail Valley Waste. Very accommodating, answered the phone right away and got the dumpster to the house the same day. I was blown away by the good service and friendly response. I'm going to change my regular trash collection to this company after my contract expires with the current company

Since Vail valley waste opened we have strongly supported them. Unfortunately due to a health issue we had to upgrade to valet service. It is worse than curbside help but costs much more. They don’t pick up for you at the higher cost. You must call six times to speak to a person who says maybe we can pick up in two days. Valet service is not helpful.

We switched last year from one of the Corporate Mega companies to VVW initially because their prices were more competitive. but after my first phone call i was more than pleased i made the switch. They are very understanding of your needs, they are very accommodating and best of all you get a human being on the phone that isn't just reading off a computer screen. Great company and well worth giving them your business.
