I recently had the pleasure of working with Green Energy AC Heating & Plumbing Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my initial meeting with Kevin Polito through to the completion of the project, their team was consistently prompt, professional, and responsive to all my questions.

Green Energy installed a Mitsubishi H2I cooling and heating system in my collision repair shop, and the difference has been remarkable. This system runs flawlessly, providing far superior performance compared to my previous gas system. Hollie and Kaprisa also assisted in getting my Mass Save rebate processed very quickly, which was a huge bonus.

I highly recommend Green Energy to anyone looking to take advantage of the Mass Save Program or seeking top-notch HVAC services. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly outstanding.

I hired this company to do a preventative maintenance of my heating system. They were very courteous on the phone and showed up on time. My technician, Byron was very nice and diligent with his work. He did the tuneup & in the process checked the water quality and pressure as well and made general recommendations. It was impressive that at the end of his work his supervisor , Michael C, stopped by to checkup on the quality of his work. They both cared about what I thought of the job that was just completed. There was a section that they couldn’t complete and scheduled to come back.

We had a complete boiler and water heater replacement, and Tom the technician was absolutely great. Not only was his work top notch, but he really went way beyond the call of duty in tackling some unforeseeable glitches, being super nice and helpful the whole time. For example, he investigated and found that our bad water heater and a pump were actually under warranty, and on his own arranged for warranty replacements. Couldn't ask for a better job in any way.

I have been using Green Energy for years. Outstanding service. Nice bunch of guys, always respectful and happy to explain things so they are not talking over your head. We had a problem with our heating system two years ago where only half the house was receiving heat. Turned out it was because a contractor that I used years before reduced the size of a pipe to install a baseboard heater. Sediment built up there and blocked the flow to the rest of the house. The guys didn’t give up and found the problem despite the fact the problem was under my cabinets, unable to be easily seen. They replaced the pipe with one the proper size and have had no problem since. Great company.

I used green energy to get a second opinion for my heating unit in the winter. The technician was excellent. I decided to try their AC maintenance service and scheduled an appointment in May, which was postponed to June, which was postponed to July. When I called in June they promised that they will not reschedule again. And, you guess, in July they want to reschedule again. I understand the business has different priorities and I am afraid that if you are not their priority they will not deliver.

Do not use this company!!! They are incompetent! They came out charged me $99 to do an assessment sent someone back in because they said I was out of refrigerant and my cooling system must have a leak. They charged me another $750 to do a “leak assessment.” They then told me I needed to buy a new brand new system to the tune of somewhere between $13,000 and $16,000. I ended up having the company that I’ve used for years come out to confirm what Green Mechanical said. The company I trust and have history with, told me that the condenser simply needed serious cleaning, that there was refrigerant in the system and no leak. They cleaned the condenser, turned the system back on, and it’s working fine!!!.
