We have been taking our cars to Io Motors for years and we always have a great experience. They are thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. However, my favorite thing about them is they make recommendations for things to be repaired or replaced, but are not at all pushy and never try to up-sell us in anything.

I am very impressed with the genuine authentic service and personal connection with Io. I want to come back for service and will but I am all the way in the Westside and it’s hard to get back when I drop off the vehicle. I walked last time. Yet
Maybe I can arrange for someone to pick me up and drive me back. Overall, very very happy with Rodney and Shawn and Samantha. Appreciate you all. And the work was exactly right on.

I highly recommend this shop! Went there last week with my short bus/camper van that was having issues after other shops I called turned me down because of the unique vehicle type. Io Motors got the problem solved quickly and were incredibly friendly and willing to answer all my questions. On top of that their services felt honest and they only did what was necessary and I asked of them. It was affordable and there were no extra surprise charges!

I've been going to Io Motors for several years off and on for my past and present Acura vehicles. I was referred to them by my original mechanic, Toriumi Auto (Dave Senior), when he wasn’t available.
Barbara, Rodney, and their staff are awesome.
They are reasonable, professional, and always give me an accurate assessment and time frame for my vehicle.
Recently, I called in on a Monday morning about a car sensor issue and they fit me in the same day. They ordered the parts and finished within two and half hours. Take note, I did take my car in at 11 am, right before lunch time. Which is still great timing. I also see they now have a new text feature, where they send you updates and the status of your vehicle while it's being serviced?
This is super reassuring.🌞
I don't take my vehicle just to anyone. I definitely recommend Io Motors. They are great people and I will definitely be going back. 🌺
