I was having intermittent issues with my battery unit. Scenic City Solar made a couple trips out here trying to catch it while it was in error. They were able to get everything up and running again!

This company has been great with our solar installation. There have been a few hiccups with hardware issues(no fault of theirs) but they have been prompt and helpful with us in the couple of times they have arisen. They are very knowledgeable about the systems they install and even answer questions for me in off hours if problems arise. Thanks again Scenic!

This company has done a lot to make things right with me. I still don't know if I feel like solar was the way to go, but we are working out all the kinks together. I may give 5 stars if everything ends up the way I thought it would be. Part of the problem seems like it is with the power companies.

I had Scenic City Solar take down my system for a roof repair. They were efficient and did a great job. My original system was sold as 7kw. Ray in looking at the system pointed out the previous installer put in a 4kw inverter and did not put in anywhere close to 7kw of panels. For a very competitive price they fixed my system and upgraded me to the correct inverter. They accommodated my schedule. The only hitch was not their fault; product back order.

We built a new large off grid house this year. I interviewed and got prices from four different companies in east Tennessee. We choose Ray ( Scenic City Solar) to do off grid job. We got a good feeling for Ray and he had the best price.
With working as GC for new house build I worked with many speciality trade contractors. ( Side note never do that again!) Ray and company kept getting pushed back because of other specialty trades fell behind. Finally the time came for the solar. Ray and crew staged everything before hand. Out of fifty contractors Ray and crew were the only one that kept me informed on progress and showed up at the date and time they said they would. ( Amazing right?).
I have a large home and Ray designed and build a full off grid system. This thing works great. We have done some upgrades since the system was put in and Ray was always there when we added a generator as a back up / back up or trickle charge idea. The generai has never had to be used other than weekly exercise.
I cannot speak more highly of Ray and his company. He has become like family because of his workmanship, communication, and concern of my family's well being with the system he put in.
If you need a system anywhere in east Tennessee or north Georgia look no further that Ray and crew at Scenic City Solar.

Failed to show up on multiple occasions, rarely returned my calls or responded to my voicemails unless by text. I asked if Ray could refer someone else to help us with our small off-grid setup but instead he came out to help. He said he was now at my disposal after knowing the details of our project and was happy to help but once we had issues with our system that we couldn’t resolve he said he had pushed hard against our project since the beginning and that they were too busy to schedule us.
