I had my first ketamine experience for chronic pain today at Edelica Health. Dr. Kane took the time to talk to me during a consultation about two weeks ago. We decided to start conservatively and did nasal spray instead of IV. Dr. Kane spent time before I got my first dose and during the session. It was my first time so I really appreciated it. I had positive results. Chronic pain protocol recommends back to back IV infusions so I'm working on scheduling since I need a ride each time. Char is their office person. She's so personable. You will also see Dr. Kane's wife Elizabeth. She's running the business side. She is also super friendly. I asked Char and she said Dr. Kane has been doing ketamine since 2017. I cannot recommend him more highly.

I will admit that I was very nervous leading up to my first ketamine infusion treatment for my anxiety and depression. Everyone one from Dr Kane to reception were very comforting, caring, and understanding. I cannot say enough about all the people at Edelica health. They are all amazing!
The ketamine infusions worked wonders for me from my first appointment through the last of the initial series. I felt positive affects after the very first treatment. Those improvements increased with every session. It’s almost like night and day from the point I was at the start to how I feel now after my final infusion. The infusions allowed me to explore areas of my mind that I didn’t think was possible. Traumatic events that I buried long ago were able to be explored and resolved in a very vivid but also a calming and positive way.

Which is scarier? Choosing to have a new medical procedure, or choosing the provider from whom to get your procedure? They’re both pretty scary if you ask me.

I chose Edelica Health for my stellate ganglion blocks because…well, they’re one of two providers in the area, and the other was rude to me. But Edelica was wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and Dr. Kane + his staff are extremely good at what they do.

I have now had 4 SGBs with Dr. Kane, and my partner has had 5. They work for PTSD and long covid, and Edelica Health can be trusted to do them successfully.
