Brett Zielski came to find out why our furnace was not working. He did a diagnostic and found that there were bugs in the burners and the injectors were dirty. It was an easy fix, and Brett was quick, efficient, and the repair was very cost effective. We were very satisfied with the service!

Starting with the receptionist/scheduler, to the On-call serviceman (Mike), to the installers, I received the friendliest, most accurate, cleanliest and reliable service. They all provided the details and information needed to make my choices. Mike kept my 30 year old furnace running until the install…PRICELESS❣️
They got my new furnace in, on time/schedule. They covered the floors, picked up all packaging, expedited the install and walked me through the equipment and new app use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had Scott come and give us a quote on Friday, and Monday they put in the new furnace. The quote was great, we got more than the other quotes offered for less $. We replaced a 30 yr old furnace, extra work and updating was needed. Oh, and your quote was so well detailed and spelled out. No surprises. Also, a shout out to the installers..Regan, Josh and Joe!! Craig and his crew did a fantastic job today replacing our 26 year old furnace and A/C from KM heating and cooling.From start to finish the crew was
very efficient with their time and I could see the pride they took in the finished job.
We are enjoying the new modular 99 % furnace and could tell right away how much more even temp the house feels

Really excellent company I’m glad I found through Home Depot. I had Jay come out to provide a quote and he was super prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. All of the ladies I had spoken with on the phone were super kind and helpful. And the team of gentlemen who came out to replace my A/C unit were great. Overall I’m really happy to have connected with them!
