Always a great session with Karen! I have experienced sound baths, tune ups and the newest spinal flow self care. Amazing! She explains everything so you understand what you are feeling or going to feel. Self care is so important, don’t take your body for granted make an appointment with Karen to figure out your personal self care journey, you won’t regret it!!

Learning how to relax with the spinal flow is incredible! Karen did an amazing job at explaining each step, directing my chai energy, at one point I was falling asleep during the session! Wow! The 60 min session helped me remind myself to take one step at a time and making time to relax is very important for myself! Everyone should know about this! When I got out, I told my boyfriend to go, he did and felt amazing, he got home straight to bed! He told his mom and sister! Imagine, it’s so incredible what Karen does, that everyone should know about it and feel good! I’m am so thankful of getting a taste of what it’s the spinal flow 💜trust me Karen won’t disappoint ✨

I felt like I needed a reset in my body like my energy was just not flowing. Karen was highly recommended to me. I was not disappointed. I was warmly greeted and her studio is peaceful and cozy. I felt her great energy immediately. I had 2 treatment done. A chakra healing and a spinal flow treatment. She explains everything she is doing. Her education in this field is obvious- she answered all my questions and concerns. She also followed up with me the next day. She is always updating her education and skills. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and confidence in Karen!
