My home has issues. Very thing from being manufactured to being mischaracterized in legal documents. All problems when you get into the underwriting process. All of these issues came up in my loan and more.Jake and his team stayed the course and pushed through each issue, kept me informed about what was happening and why it was taking as long as it did. I was impressed with the amount of work, attention to detail and perseverance to get my loan processed. They were honest with me, explained why there was an issue and stayed positive about getting the loan pushed through. Even when I was starting to lose hope.
