I’ve struggled with health issues for years, and time after time, conventional healthcare let me down. I eventually turned to alternative, functional, and holistic approaches, but it wasn’t until I found Thrive and Dr. Simon that things truly started to change. For the first time, I feel like I'm actually healing—and more importantly, I finally have real answers to work with. I feel heard, validated, and safe here. The services provided at Thrive Holistic is nothing less than stellar. I get my colon hydrotherapy sessions on a monthly basis. I always feel so much better and lighter after each visit. My skin is brighter. I’m much more regular. I’m just healthier internally.

I am “over the moon” happy about the new infrared sauna! This is one of the greatest services that Thrive Holistic can offer. I am able to sweat comfortably and cozy in my own private room while either reading or listening to music. What more could a person ask for! They forgot to tell me I owed for that days appointment when I thought I had pre-paid for my final visit. After they sent me a text stating I hadn't paid. I stated I would be mailing a check the next day...they threatened to charge my credit card if the check wasn't received by Saturday. I said what? I have no control over the USPS. Because of that threat....I would never go back there again!!

Yesterday, I had a chance to experience a colon hydrotherapy session with Dr. Mary Simon. My experience was nothing short of AMAZING! I felt so relaxed and knew that I was in good hands during my session. The service was exceptional from the time that I booked my appointment until the end of my appointment. Dr. Simon took her time explaining the process and what to expect. Contrary to other reviews they are in compliance with COVID protocol. Everyone had on mask and the space was sanitized. Nevertheless, I can’t wait to go back for my next session!

Cassondra has an amazing bedside manner and base me feel immediately comfortable. She's extremely knowledgeable not only about hydro therapy but about holistic health and wellness as a whole.
