SPEARity was originally recommended to me as business coaching program that would give me accountability and support for my sales and financial goals, but turned out to be much more than that. It’s a multi-faceted process to get your business and your life where you want it to be.

SPEARity is a desktop based app for long and short-term planning and goal setting. You use it to make weekly and daily productivity plans based on your quarterly and yearly goals. You also use it to reflect and analyze what you’ve done and to realign based on that analysis, so you can do more of what works and less of what doesn’t work.

SPEARity is also bi-weekly one-on-one coaching for support, accountability and keeping you on track. Plus it includes networking opportunities with other businesses in the program and quarterly learning and planning sessions that focus on challenges all of us face in life, work and the relationships we need to maintain to have success.

Depending on your personality and challenges, your coach will guide you to use the app in a way that  improves your confidence or your accountability.

I’ve been working with SPEARity for less than a year, and it’s had significant impact on how I think about my goals and how I plan my days. It’s made a huge improvement in my ability to use my time wisely instead of being stuck at my desk late in the evening wondering where all the time went. It’s been empowering to use this process to prioritize what’s most important to me in my family, for my health and in my work.
