If your looking for a shamanic cleansing, sound baths, reiki classes or how to use herbs this is the place for all your healing needs. Amazing workers and people that you will meet along your healing journey. This place changed my life and I love it. I can't express enough how wonderful this place is, I suggest checking it out.

The Shamanic Retreat from 10/2/24 - 10/6/24 was life changing. I'm forever grateful to Betsy, Cynthia, Clarissa, Charlene and Deonta for taking such great care of us, and creating a safe space to completely open up and be vulnerable. This experience has allowed me to connect with my higher self and move forward in life with a heightened awareness, and experience life in a way I never thought possible. The grounds of Betsy's beautiful home are truly sacred. The people I met on this retreat are incredible souls that I consider friends and know I will see again soon.

Betsy is absolutely incredible. I had a reiki session with her in September of 2023 and it was such an affirming, eye opening, life changing visit. She definitely has an intuitive gift and is living out her purpose (dharma). My partner booked a reiki session shortly after mine and it’s safe to say it has absolutely changed his life as well. We’ve been doing couples coaching with Betsy as well and I cannot fully express the gratitude I have for this service as it’s allowed both of us to heal and love ourselves in ways we weren’t aware needed to be addressed, and has positively impacting our relationship with each other and allowing us to understand everyone else in our lives much more deeply.

I’ve done a Shamanic clearing with Betsy as well and it was and an extremely profound experience with insight that a traditional therapist couldn’t offer me. My partner has since booked two Shamanic clearings for himself, one with quantum healing, and both were very different and has greatly benefited his mindset and overall wellbeing.

I’ve also been working with Charlene and undergoing personal training with her and it’s unlike any training I’ve done in the past. The sessions are personable, there’s so much emphasis on the mind body connection, and I’ve become aware of my imbalances and areas that I need to improve so I can continue my weightlifting journey without risking injuring myself or neglecting my posterior chain. She also works closely with Betsy in order to focus on mind, body, and spirit, not just one area.

Yoga on Tuesdays have also been so fun, as the flow is Hatha based with focus on breath, proper alignment, and engaging the mind to connect with the body (which is great to complement a workout done with Charlene). Each class ends with a sound bath from quartz crystal singing bowls, offers lots of modifications for poses that may be challenging for some bodies, and a safe communal space to ask questions and bond with those around you.

This place is truly magical.

Working with Betsy has been incredible so far! She is highly intuitive and being a fellow business owner, she gets me! It has been an incredibly challenging year and I have been completely weighed down by the weight of it all. Working through it in talk therapy has been important in gaining awareness of trauma and my current state, however my body was still holding onto the trauma and grief. Through a few Shamanic Clearings and reiki, I can feel my body releasing the negative energy, allowing me to focus better on current needs with a lighter more positive attitude. I have also found that this needs to be consistent for maintenance, not a one and done thing. Life is hard! But Betsy gives her all because she genuinely cares and just wants to help others.

I just had my first yoga session with Sammie—I can’t say enough great things! Being pretty new to yoga, she was extremely welcoming and supportive, making it a positive experience for anyone at any level. The sound bath at the end was also a great addition. I will definitely be coming back!
