After 2 years of having temporary tanks, we finally had our permanent in-ground tank installed this month. As always, we are very pleased with the service that we received from Thomson Fuels. Thomson fuels took my account at a down time in my life. Working with my limited funds at that time, they were accommodating and worked with me to re-establish my oil and propane accounts. My experience with Thomson Fuels has been excellent! We're using them for propane in one home, and oil in another. They are by far the most responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable fuel delivery company I've spoken to in the Upper Valley. We're staying in a rental while our home is being renovated and upgraded to propane. They were able to get a construction propane set-up within two weeks and went to great lengths cut our wait time in half. If that wasn't impressive enough, when we ran out of oil at our rental, I called the company my landlord uses and has an account with hoping we could get an emergency delivery. They offered their best timing which was 5 days later. I called Thomson and they delivered within 2.5 hours. Incredible! Not only does Thomson provide great service, but their team is an absolute pleasure to work with. They really do care about the customer experience, and I'd highly recommend them for both oil and propane.
