I hired Green Form to install roofing on my house and outbuilding in August 2018. The quality of the product is great. The nice salesman even matched prices of a competitor's bid. Unfortunately, my quote included replacing a small fascia board; to this date, despite MANY phone calls to the salesman and a call to the owner, the fascia board has never been replaced. And to make things even more disheartening, the incorrect sized fascia board they brought with them still remains lying in my back yard! Although I was happy with the work they did on both roofing projects, I would strongly advise you not to pay them the balance due until they have completed all work listed on the contract! I was told they would return as soon as possible to do the fascia board work, but it's now over a year ago. It's not so much about the cost, it's the principle of it.
