Top notch customer service from 2 individuals. Initially spoke with Arriane who helped clear up my confusion with the service; she was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. Made sure to follow up with me which was extremely appreciated. Next day spoke to Sara who was also very kind, patient and very helpful updating my account. It's rare these days, unfortunately, to encounter a company with this standard of customer service. I will definitely be recommending them.

Valerie with Energy Ogre was absolutely fantastic! She helped me with everything I needed with my account. She was super pleasant and for once, I didn't mind being on hold at times. Amanda's service was excellent, she was familiar and well versed in all subject matters. The only think I don't like about Energy Ogre is having to run your credit every time. If you are a property manager it dings your credit and if you credit is froze like mine, then you have to unfreeze it first or pay a deposit regardless if your score is over 800. I find that an issue. If I've been a customer for over 10 years and pay my bills in full, then you know I am not a risk. You should have or source companies that don't require deposits. Otherwise, its a deterrent. I find you get good value for Electric services for the monthly fee for using Energy Ogre services.
