I emailed Michael Solar Screens, requesting an estimate for our west facing home, and heard back almost immediately. David text me and I sent him photos of all the windows I wanted done- he gave me an estimate and came out to measure within the week. We had the solar screens installed the very next week, and they look amazing! We can tell the difference already and eager to see how the summer is. Super happy with the look of the screens and the updated look to our home !

I had a wonderful experience with Michael's Solar Screens, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar screens. Before I found them, I reached out to multiple companies but received no responses. After doing some research, I discovered Michael’s Solar Screens.

I submitted an online request and was contacted within an hour. They asked me to send photos of my windows, which I did, and I quickly received a quote. Fortunately, they had availability outside of peak season, so a representative came out the next day to measure the windows and returned the following day to install the screens. The price was very affordable and less than I expected.

I chose to install solar screens on three west-facing windows in my home to help reduce summer heat. I did encounter some difficulty deciding on the color of the screen and the framing, as well as whether to include grids. However, David was very patient and helpful throughout the process. In the end, I opted for bronze screen mesh with almond framing to match the exterior of my windows. I’m so pleased with the results that I may consider installing screens on my east-facing windows in the future.

The solar screens have made my home a bit darker, and I’m excited to see how they hold up against the Texas summer heat and sun. Thank you so much, David!

After hail storm needed some screens repaired. Contacted Michael Solar as they are local and the statement on the website says...use a professional and the right tools. Texted fir an estimate. Response was quick. Coordinated and David swing by picked up the screens (5), repaired and returned within a day and a half. Easy. And the price was probably under what most people expect.

The only critique I'll give is that they don't have a form to request an estimate. Text was fine but could be a turn off for some. Don't let that be a factor...great experience. Great work, highly recommend. I may offer to help with web form design because I appreciate the quick turn around and ease of getting what I needed done.
