My parents have had their panels on their home since August and they are still not working. They were installed without a proper permit and now we cannot get in touch with anyone. Sales reps are no help. They got their money and now don't seem to be interested. My parents are in their late 70s. It seems to me they are preying on seniors. Be cautious of the good reviews, who knows if they are legit. I will gladly update this if I can simply get some help.

Camila and forrest from Corenerg were super easy to to work with. They were recommended by a neighbor that has already purchased a system from them. The process was a bit longer than expected but it was a smooth process. I still have a small charge on my current electric bill but its a big difference from the 300$ bills i woudl get in the past. They also recommended me with a CPA that would help me with my solar credit. No complains other than scheduling my installation date was a bit difficult other than that everything was great.

So me and my mom invested in solar with a company before that, now looking back, was in it for just the money. The service they provided did not help us at all and really left a bad taste in our mouths about the industry in general… However fast forward a couple years and we eventfully got cross paths with CorEnerg. We were serviced by solar professionals Camila and Hunter. Now, in the beginning, we were very skeptical of the whole thing, but quickly I realized these two were not like the previous solar reps from before. They quickly identified the issues that we had with the previous solar, and even brought up issues that I had not even disclosed to them and that I also was not even aware of! They took their time explaining everything to me and also explaining everything to my mother who is on the elderly side. They were extremely patient with all the questions we had and made us feel so much at ease with their answers along with research and data genuinely helped me and my mother understand everything that was going on. I don’t leave reviews of often but this company and the reps that helped us really and genuinely made me feel cared for. They saw the benefit solar would have on our household and delivered everything they said they would! Our Electric bill has reduced tremendously since the installation. They were honest and concise with everything they told us. I’m not joking when I say they single handedly restored my trust in the solar industry, just by being honest, communicative, and effective! I’ve told my friends all about it and recommend them their services. Me and my household are happy customers and recommend and refer them to all who interested in going solar.

Solio Solar collaborated with this company and secured a substantial loan of $65,000 from Enfin, promising a $35,000 cashback. Unfortunately, they then became unreachable. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, there has been no response. This situation has placed my entire family in a very difficult position.
