Our salesman Andy Patel was good until he wasn't. Leaving me and my wife to figure out what he should be informing us on. No communication, sarcastic remarks, not responding, ignoring calls, and the list goes on. I even had friends interested in solar and could not recommend due to the unprofessional experience.

Mitchell Grim is a very professional and down to earth guy. I had bought a car from him one time and he was a very good car salesman. He always made me feel right at home, making sure everything went smoothly and on time! Mitchell has very great attention to detail!

Is there a lower rating . So disappointed in this sales rep Sunny Lakhani , and the company he is representing as a sales rep you should always under promise and over deliver. Well this sales rep really over promised and really didn't do much after that. Alot of miscommunication, the guys came out to update the electrical box outside , then the installers to the panel came by but decided they had to reinforce the carport for the solar panels(which the rep had stated there would be some on the carport and roof) so when that was completed it took at least a week and I had no updates to the next move so I called the sales rep, finallya company called(from everbright)to speak to my electric company and I did assume that they were getting the contract canceled to get another one in effect, but then again no one called. I then received a bill from my electric company a month later( after the solar company talked to my electric company) like triple and the bill for the solar, Really got upset and called the rep he said he would pay for the solar bill 183.00, I then went back and was looking at our text messages and in fact he had promised a $500 gift card after install of the panel. So I assumed the 183 was coming out of the gift card and I called him back and asked if he could just send me the gift card and he said that the install to the solar panels had cost more then expected and he couldn't give me the gift card, I told him that honestly that was not on me and he had promised the gift card and he cried about it. So I let about a week pass and called him again , he wouldn't answer the 2time I called it rang then went to voice mail and I called again and the 183 was received thru cash app, so I sent him a message and told him not to use my name as a reference because he would not get a good one.2weeks later I get a bill from my electric company for a cancelation fee he also promised a 250 reimbursement if I was charged a cancelation fee, I sent him a copy of the bill, no response and just think this started in May and wasn't completed until the end of June

Do not recommend to do business or even listen to this company they feed you lies and refuse to disclose any fees or cancellation fees this sales man guy Mark Christensen just tries to brain wash you and commits on lies. He texts me lies to get me to get solar panels installs in my home after i ask him to cancel my installation and threatens with his company will charge me a $1,500 to cancel even after i ask him numerous times when he was at my house of any cancelation fees which he claimed at the time there was no cancelation fees plenty of times. Please keep simplicity away from your home and especially the sales representative i named above Mark Christensen.

Mitchell had been great to work with! He is very enthusiastic about his job and gave us great incite about solar panels. He is also a very polite and funny guy. We have turned away several other solar sales people but Mitchell is just so easy to talk to. Thanks!
