I would highly recommend using someone else. Very poor service and follow up. When I bought my 25 solar panels from Sunlux I felt very confident in their service. As it turns out they just had a good salesman as you will read on the other review. It is all good when they are selling to you, but the servicing is highly disappointing and costly. The roofing company they used did damage to my pool heater by dropping a tile on it and not ever coming to fix it. I fixed it myself, I wasn't thrilled they didn't fix it but still had good feelings about Sunlux. But when my solar stopped working and it took them over a year to get out to fix and cost me over $7000 that I spent on electricity at that time I started to sour on them. Again some of my panels are not generating power and it has been 3 months since they said they would repair this and I cannot get a response from them. I would highly recommend using someone else.

Called multiple companies after the snow-pacolyspe of 2021. The sales person Mike walked me through the whole process. Gave me ideas for questions to ask the other solar companies and had a great presentation. The presentation alone was amazing.

Once the process started, Bonnie T, my account /construction contact with Sunlux, it made every fear I've ever had about home updates and upgrades go away. She was helpful, timely, and cared about what I needed answers too.

The installation crew did an amazing job. They finished my 15kw system in about 3 days. They came back and showed me how to check my production levels on the app and how the system will work once my battery is installed.

I highly recommend Sunlux for all of your solar needs. Don't let the ice and heat get you down and out again. Call Sunlux solar and get some panels and backup battery installed.
