Bought a truckload of panels for a DIY project. The price was very competitive, and the service I received when I arrived for pickup was excellent. The pallet my panels were on was slightly damaged, which was a concern for me because of how far I was driving. The warehouse crew quickly and professionally restacked the panels onto a new pallet for me and loaded them into my pickup with their forklift.

As others have said, have your paperwork in order before you show up for pickup, this isn't a storefront, it is a warehouse.

Please think twice before moving forward with HAHA Smart/Fortune Energy same company/owner, I normally don't do this but my contract was signed almost 2 years ago, my system was installed a year later, in October 2021, yet not turned on and been paying for my panels since January 2022 and plus I'm paying my Duke bill. I have been spending more rather than saving, very very dissapointed still waiting on solutions. Also I complained and expressed my frustration to the company and yet no one has had the cortesy to call, no consideration at all or explanation of the delay even the owner, Jack was attached to those emails of my complaint and seems that he doesn't care and see his customers as a number. HAHA smart /Fortune Energy is not a transparent company, I want those panels of my roof, they did breach of contract and again no phone call until this date from them.

**Helen after installation of my solar panels there was a time frame of 8 mths that was put on hold application was sent in June 2022 why? why not complete applicaton and send to Duke back in October or November 2021? Icould have been turned on since than? I sent Insurance dec previously ,Duke did not have any info of my project in their system ( because it wasn't sent) I sent that info twice. I have emails and dates and I can give you facts.*** I will be contacting your office today. Thanks for your response****

Installers will wait 2+ hours to get $20 worth of material here. Go to CED, Kinnect, or literally anyone else. Sales Manager at this location is also a weird guy...my account manager was cool, though.
