I had the pleasure of working with Vincent for several months. He was always listening to my concerns, and got exactly what I was requiring. Even though at first, he was selling me just the array, with no battery. I told him I wanted to get the battery so I could still be powered up if the grid went down. He did offer suggestions on how to lower the cost of the setup. We discussed different options that I could do in order to lower cost. He explained the different loan programs and what they each did. He even to this day, has still checked in to see how my system is going. I highly suggest 2 things. Get a battery, even if you have to go with a slightly smaller system so that when the grid goes down, your solar system is not just a paper weight. Second, go with Divergent Solar. One other thing. Make sure you look over the plans for the system that will be provided by the install engineer. If it is not to your liking, feed it back to Vincent, and he will work with you and the install team until it is exactly to what you have in mind.

This was my first experience with Solar. My sales rep Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything, walk me through what to expect, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well, and to see if I had any questions. Any time I called they were always helpful and responsive. Overall this is a great company, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We gave 5 star. When we met on discussing Solar at the beginning we weren't interested. Then we met with Edward Herrera and gave us the demonstration on how much we would save in cost. We are so happy that we made the switch to Solar. We are pleased that our PNM Bill is only $8 . Solar is the way to go and I would recommend to friends and family to switch. It is worth it. We are very pleased that we chose on how we had the company do ground mounds. We liked the aural picture taken very professional and looks very good.

My energy advisor, Matt Young, is the best! Very professional and kept me in the loop of what is/was going on. If something came up, he was on the ball to let me know. He also answered my questions with his knowledge. If something happened, he took care of it. He still keeps in contact to see how things are. I highly recommend Matt and Divergent solar !!
