We installed two Tesla Wall Mount chargers with EnergyRey. They were very responsive since the very beginning, and one of the few installers that visited our home before providing the estimate. Isaac is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that could (and could not) be done, and also why. As an Engineer myself, I appreciated that a lot, and this gave me more confidence that they would be capable of doing a good job.
Claire, from the back-office, has always kept me informed about all steps, from signing the contract to the day of installation, and then finally the City inspection. Their service was clean and well done. It also passed the City of Austin inspection, as expected. Their price was the best among all Tesla Certified installers.

If anyone is thinking of getting Solar Energy, be sure and talk with owner Issac of Energy Rey.
We had a new roof put on our home this week by A-Tex Roofing, a very awesome company.
15 years ago we had a different company install our solar panels, they have long gone out of business.
To get a new roof installed, our solar panels had to be taken down, roof put on and solar panels reinstalled. Issac came over gave us an estimate and really knew his stuff, we hired him and he worked with Eric our roofer to get everything completed in just 3 days. Day 1 solar panels off, Day 2 roof was removed and replaced Day 3 Solar panels back on and in a much better configuration than before.
Issac was very punctual, knowledgeable and professional.
We really enjoyed working with him.

EnergyRey LLC is a local Austin, TX solar installation company that is certified by the City of Austin’s “Austin Energy” organization, and as such the rebates that Austin Energy offers will be honored for you. Isaac and Claire (owners) are knowledgeable and dedicated to providing a high quality product that starts from the first day to the time that the rebate is in your hand. EnergyRey can recommend the number of panels, placement, and batteries if desired, and they provide a turn-key system to fit your home or business. Claire is very open and kept me informed *every* step of the way. Isaac was professional in managing his crew and the workmanship in installation. In fact, when the City of Austin inspector inspected the system he commented that this was a very good installation. If I were going to install again, I would definitely choose EnergyRey.

Unfortunately, my installer went out of business and after a quick search, came across Energy Rey.
Reading their reviews, I knew I was in good hands and I was right.
Isaac came to troubleshoot my system and identified the issue right away. He processed my warranty claim and got me back online in no time.
They are now my go-to for future service.

We were ghosted by our original Solar panel installer (American Power Company 🤬) and started to have issues with our system. Energy Rey stepped in and diagnosed the problem. Isaac contacted the manufacturer and was able to get a new inverter under warranty.
From the beginning they were honest and upfront with everything.
Clair communicated with me regarding every step keeping us informed. Scheduling was easy and they were timely.
Isaac got our system back up and running and made sure we had access to monitor or system.
I highly Recommend Energy Rey to anyone in need of assistance with solar panel issues. Thank you Isaac and Clair for your exceptional service.

Isaac and his solar panel team are extremely knowledgeable and very professional in all aspects of solar energy technology.
