I'm all about supporting local business', and Ecosynergy did NOT disappoint. I am highly impressed with the entire team over at Ecosynergy. I had shopped for solar panel installs for several months, and Ecosynergy earned my business. First and foremost, I’m a hard sell. I do not want to feel like I am a sales transaction, and I did not. Diego reviewed my CPS bill and discussed my usage to base my solar panel decision centered on that information. There was no push to oversell more panels than I needed. The initial panel estimate was the lowest I received from any other company. He also explained the option to add additional panels to my system later if required. It’s reassuring knowing I didn't overspend and could adjust with additional panels if I underestimated. Win-Win for me. I asked for several different estimates based on the number of panels and offset options. Responses were quick, and knowing my options is comforting for this type of financial decision. If you are considering solar, contact Ecosynergy and ask for Diego. The team was patient, personable, the service is top-notch, and the experience? Well, it was like having a group of friends helping you out. Now, I'm basking in the glow of my solar panels and the satisfaction of a choice well made.
